I am beyond pleased with my experience at future baby! The team were both so accommodating and sweet when my little bundle of joy was not playing ball! I booked in for a gender scan, I saw I needed a full bladder because I was 16 weeks so I wanted to ring through to double check they had a toilet and if it was necessary because I have a very weak bladder and although they didn’t answer the phone I had a text immediately come through telling me it was future baby and if I had any questions. I was reassured and all my worries were put at ease (yes they have a disabled toilet in the facility)! Getting to the building was super easy to find as well and it was really comfortable inside with sofas and chairs. There were freebies for expecting mums which is always nice! My naughty little boy didn’t want to tell us what he was so we tried 3 times to get baby to move positions (get a cold sugary drink, walk around and my initial appointment) before I was booked in for another try the next day when we finally found out I was having a boy! It’s a very comfortable setting with mood lighting and two seating areas inside the ultrasound room for more than one person to see baby! Overall I was pleasantly surprised and will come back for a 4D scan later on in my pregnancy! Also as a side note in my first appointment the very sweet ultrasound lady gave me 8 different pictures as well! I wasn’t expecting so many photos to take home! Also being able to listen to heartbeat and have a photo of that as well was truly special! Highly recommend!

What a pleasant experience this was, the reception staff were brilliant with us, made us feel very comfortable, and answered any questions we had before the scan. The sonographer took her time with our scan and made sure we were informed about everything along the way! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with future baby 4D, so if you're looking to book do not hesitate you won’t regret it! Indeed Future baby is Such a pocket-friendly service. Highly recommend Future Baby! We had our 4D scan here today and we are very satisfied with the experience. Lady on reception was very kind and the sonographer lady too. After a warm welcome the scan was very pleasant. Did her best to get the best pictures of our baby. Hopefully we’ll use their services again in the future!

We had our 16 week wellbeing and gender scan yesterday. The whole experience was amazing, the sonographers were lovely and very enthusiastic when revealing the gender. We got excellent photos to take home and a free gift bag filled with goodies. Report was clear and we received pictures a day later via email. Would recommend

Absolutely wonderful experience. We went there for Early pregnancy scan as we both were quite nervous. They have very professional staff who know how to manage anxious couples. From beginning till end we were treated with care . We went there very stressed and came out smiling. Sonographer is very professional and kind lady so the receptionist. I have been there for few times and simply it is the best service I have ever recieved. Whole staff from receptionist till sonographer are simply amazing. Sonographer is not only very professional but also very kind too.She described me everything in detail. I was little confused by some reviews but to be honest it is absolutely a wonderful experience . The clinic is very well clean up the the best standard. And best of all , I am surprised by the time they give to each client is absolutely amazing . We really appreciate the small clinics who works really hard to give us best possible care ❤ ♥

We have been there quite a few times and every time we get the service best than before. Due to my previous miscarriages, we were very upset and stressed, in a few minutes they felt us and made us feel comfortable. This is my IVF baby and we really need emotional support. And the way they talked to us is unforgettable. Every time the sonographer responded very well, on our IVF scan she was serious and discussed whatever we needed to talk and now when we went for a pregnancy scan, she was very happy for us. She made us comfortable by making tiny jokes. Thanks, to the whole team for each and every moment. I can't recommend them enough. best 5 * service at very economical prices.

Attended future baby today for the second time for early reassurance scan. On both occasions we have been welcomed professionally and with a great friendly welcoming, both receptionist and sonographer were brilliant! On both occasions we have seen different receptionist and sonographer’s yet that hasn’t changed their friendliness and professionalism! They were so kind, chatty and easy to speak to regarding any enquiries and questions! We live a 45minute drive away however we have found our regular private scanner for the rest of this pregnancy! Thank you again :)

I highly recommend Future Baby 4D. Used them for my NIPT test and the radiographer was so nice and reassuring, but also very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to take us through the key aspects of the baby. The lady taking the bloods was also very patient with my very temperamental veins which just wouldn’t cooperate but in the end she did it! NIPT results were quick to come and the communication before & after the scan was really efficient. Overall really happy with the service.

I cant recommend future baby 4d any more! From arrival until we left lady at the front desk was very welcoming and professional and very quick with sending the pictures and videos over! The lady that actually did the 4D scan was also very professional and made us feel very comfortable talking through every part so we understood what was happening and what it was we was looking at. We are very happy with our pictures and videos from the 4D scan and i cannot recommend it any more! thank you x

When we first arrived the receptionist Chloe was very warm and welcoming and easily approachable! There was no waiting time and was quickly taken into the scan room. The sonographer was also very easy to talk to and a very polite friendly women. The scan was smooth and the sonographer spoke through everything as she completed the scan. Due to baby not being in the correct position to get amazing photos we was offered a return appointment for free where they will complete the scan and get even better photos! Recommend highly!

I went to future baby for a well being and gender scan. The staff were lovely they made the whole experience feel really special. The premises were really nice, clean and spacious. And they were able to arrange for us to take away a cannon for us to find out the gender of our baby (boy!) at home. The cannon itself was brilliant and really good quality! I would definitely recommend Future Baby.

Had my gender scan here this afternoon and I had such a lovely experience. The staff on reception were very polite and welcoming, I arrived earlier than planned but this wasn't a problem and they straight away set about to fit me in earlier which was lovely. Sonographer was very gentle and patient with my active baby and took her time doing the well being check and gender reveal. Would definitely recommend this place over any of the others which I've used before.

I had a lovely experience at future baby today. I went for an early scan today so to check baby’s health. They were very welcoming and helpful. The lady who scanned me was very gentle and soft. I have been here several times over the past 2 months & they are amazing. Can't recommend them enough. I am a high risk pregnancy so being able to see baby often puts my mind at rest. The sonographer is so lovely and accomodating, and gives an in depth description of what's being shown on the screen. All staff members I've seen are lovely and friendly and the building is spotless. Will not go elsewhere for private scans!

Appointment was at 10, was seen promptly hardly any waiting! Literally sat back down after filling out the form and got called in! Was an amazing experience especially for my son who hasn’t been allowed at the NHS scans due to Covid but There’s plenty of room for social distancing to keep everyone safe! Lady who did my scan was very nice and friendly and when baby moved she still tried to get images even though it was really hard and we got the middle finger from baby for disturbing her 😂 Defo recommend and already want to come back when I have my next child

Was great, went for the 4D scan at 30 weeks and baby had foot in front of its face! They managed to let us squeeze in a quick 10 min leg stretch and baby dropped its feet and we got some great photos. Would recommend.

I’ve attended my gender scan yesterday, beside they have been So nice to receive me with a day prior to my booking due to some changes of plans, Comparing with other Companies where I previously had private scans , At Future Baby, the Sonographer had patience and explained everything to me , not rushing me at all, very friendly, and At the end of the session I had received some baby staff for free including a Mam bottle. At Future baby 4 D It was the best experience in the best place and the price paid was cheaper than Scan direct or Window to the womb. I will definately recomand to have your private scan here !

Highly recommended for early pregnancy scan and all types of scan service they provide. Excellent customer care service🌟 Dr Imran is brilliant 🌟and very knowledgeable and very friendly approach. I think as it can be nerve racking for first time mum to be or who had complications in early pregnancy to go for early scan. Dr Imran and other team member gave us warm welcome to their scanning studio and in the scanning room they have got big TV where we can clearly see growing fetus and heartbeat😍. My husband was allowed too🤩. Excellent Covid-19 measures in place. Safe environment during the pandemic too. My heartily thanks to Dr Imran and her team member for such a wonderful experience. Hope to see you soon☺️. If you are waiting for NHS scan and it’s taking a while just book a scan with future baby 4D scanning studio. Reasonable rates and at the moment discount too.😊

Monday 11th July.... After a hipcup in the morning by text everything came together and didn't disapoint. Lovely staff and clean and airer building. Felt at ease and the detail in the scan was amazing. The lady who did the scan only gave me 2 scans pictures which I'm happy about but wasn't given the opportunity to have any more pictures plus wasn't given the digital download of all the pictures to have a look. Apart from that it was a lovely place 🙂
