Did a 73 mile bike ride on Sunday and my legs were in tatters towards the end and beginning to cramp up. Straight after my ride I put my Kymira leggings on, 2pm until bed time. Woke up the next morning legs feeling good, ready to go again. Got to love that infrared tech!

I have been using Kymira Sport products for 4 weeks now as an alternative to normal compression wear as part of my overall training programme.
