Fantastic offices, very well kept. Welcoming environment and excellent facilities. Brilliant location, super close to places to grab lunch.
Only downside is no private parking, but there are several car parks that you can park in all day that are a short walk away.

We moved into this office in August 2019. From the very first visit to simply view the offices, we received a warm welcome and we knew that we would be comfortable if the office was suitable for us. We were given all the information we needed and the office is perfect with a lovely view from the massive windows. There is plenty of natural light. The service team are amazing. They are literally solution focussed and very friendly. The little perks like apples and sweets on reception just adds to the homely but professional feel of the offices. Parking in the Mall is expensive but there is an early bird charge. I think this is the best move we have made and would highly recommend Reading Business Centre as the place to host your business

The manager & receptionist couldn’t have been any nicer.
After a slight mix up with a booking made in another unit, they rushed to our rescue. Prices are extremely reasonable. Office spaces are well looked after & easily accessible.

I've rented an office in the centre for over 6 years and I feel very at home here. The team who run it are genuinely friendly and very helpful. The facilities are excellent and there are regular social events, pool competitions etc. It's good value for money, much better than my previous rented office, and I feel valued as their customer. I really can't fault it.

We’ve been using Reading Business Centre’s office space for approximately 6 months. In that time, I’m pleased to say that the staff have never ceased to be friendly and attentive. They are always happy to go the extra mile whether it’s rearranging the layout of our office as our team grows or simply hand-delivering our post as it arrives. The building is well located with plenty of local amenities and the facilities inside are excellent and well-maintained. A perfect environment for small companies and growing teams!

Nick and the team have been fantastic during our time at Reading Business Centre. They found us a home at very short notice, and bent over backwards to accommodate us.
Customer service is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble. We deal with a lot of landlords at serviced offices; the team here make a refreshing change. The personal touch shines through. Recommended.

Excellent facilities, well ventilated, spacious and light meeting rooms. The only slight thing i would alter in Meeting Room 1, would be the position of the TV monitor as if you you were having a board meeting or training session, this would need to be at the 'head' of the table with adequate floor space for the meeting organiser/trainer. This is the case in most other venues. That said, will still recommend for meetings of a general nature.

Reading Business Centre is a great place to hold meetings and training days. The facilities are great as well as the location and in my opinion is by far the best serviced office providers in Reading! Sophia and Kris are super friendly and are always keen to go above and beyond to help. Nick, Emma and Alex are also brilliant in making sure you receive the best service possible. I would highly recommend Reading Business Centre to anyone.

We’ve been using the meeting rooms at Reading Business Centre for several years now. It’s a great facility in a good location and run by a friendly, helpful team. They have a dedicated reception desk so perfect if clients are visiting and there and there’s a large breakout area too. We’ve found it to be the best facility in the area and very good value.

We used a really great meeting room for a team away day at Reading Business Centre. The room was fully equipt with everything we needed (screen, flip chart and pens, tea and coffee, good wifi) and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely use them again.

I have been working in the Reading Business Centre for the last 16 months. I have always found the office manger Nick and his team to be very welcoming and more importantly, helpful. The office spaces are very bright and are advantaged by a significant level of natural light. The Wi Fi internet provided is of the very highest standard. This has proved critical to the specialised project I have been working on.
On numerous occasions over the last 16 months I have requested, on an adhoc basis, the urgent use of meeting rooms in order to carry out staff training requirements. Nick and his team have always been very accommodating to these requests. The meeting rooms themselves contain all the necessary equipment such as overhead projectors or high specification TV screens which are easily linked to laptops for presentation purposes. On a more social note the office team have provided bacon sandwiches as a treat on a few occasions which has always been welcomed. Overall 5 stars!!

I have been working at a company based in the Reading Business Centre for the past four years and throughout this time I've only ever experienced a very professional approach to the service they offer.
The team on reception have always been very welcoming to guests coming to visit us and also for us to approach them regarding any assistance we require. This professionalism is appreciated as we will have people coming here for interviews through to customers here for training/meetings with us and that first impression can go a long way.
The team here are always proactively reaching out to us for events they organise as a way of getting everybody together to network/get to know others in the business centre and this can be from a simple breakfast in the morning through to pool competitions, Pilates and so on. These events are always a great chance to say a bit more than a "Hi" to somebody you pass in the corridor while en-route to making a cup of tea.
Overall, I cannot find a reason to mark them less than a 5 star!

We recently used the conference room at RBC for a 3 day tech-workshop meeting. The venue is easily accessible from Reading mainline station for those travelling and there are reasonable hotels nearby for delegates. The office was easy to find, the environment was corporately decorated and overall was competitively priced.
The conference room was bright and spacious and easily accommodated 15 of us; a little warm in the afternoon with the sun on the building but the air-conditioning made sure delegates were comfortable. The room was laid out to our requirements beforehand, and we had no issues connecting our kit to the room tele-conferencing. When we experienced some Wi-Fi dropouts on the 3rd day Nick (RBC Director) patched us into their network with a wired connection, so the issue was quickly resolved.
Lunches, and general refreshments were supplied and had been arranged with a local business to cater for our various dietary requirements - the biscuits and lollies went down well. Also, the chairs in the conference room are very comfortable. After sitting for 3 days listening to a multitude of speakers you can get a little ‘saddle-sore’. No such issues here.
Overall, it was a seamless experience that allowed us to concentrate on the purpose of our meeting without worrying about logistics, etc. Nick, Gemma and the team took care of everything, were extremely helpful, and we will use them again for our future meetings in Reading.
