Will is super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He knows his stuff and has very high standards. He will always go the extra mile to make sure a job is done well. Will has been my plumber for a long time and I highly recommend him.

We moved into our first house in Reading 8 years ago and within 2 days the boiler had broken. Will was there to replace the boiler and came back on a couple of occasions as there wonky plumbing throughout the house, even replacing the dodgy pipework put in when we had the bathroom refitted. Should have waited for him! We have used his services ever since, whether that was replacing the immersion heater or a standard yearly service. He's always been a great help, goes above and beyond to make things right and is a lovely person. Would recommend him to anyone.

He made some useful recommendation, such as installing Eco Home, which has been really good, and what type of new cylinder to go for. I had a let down by another plumber three years ago and have been using Will's plumbing services since then – from annual boiler servicing to a faulty WC cistern or the odd tap dripping. Will is punctual, friendly, thorough and very knowledgeable. He treats every job with the utmost dedication, no matter how small it may be. I found his quotes are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Secure Heat for any heating and plumbing works – and my border collie adores him, which is a bonus!

Given neither of us had experience of this rather expensive product, he did his research and made sure that he installed it as per the instructions, rather than just launching in as some might have done. I had a problem with my Google Nest that Will had fitted, causing my hot water and central heating to give up on a cold February Sunday evening. Will replied to my message very quickly and was at my house within the hour. Unfortunately the fault with the Nest is well-known and needs replacement so Will made quick work-around to get me heating and hot water immediately and set about getting me a warranty replacement from Google, in the meantime he fitted (at his cost) a repacement Nest to get me back to normal service. 11 out of 10 - thanks Will

Will carried out an excellent installation of a new domestic central heating boiler and solved some difficult issues in old system. WRM won the work in a competitive tender against British Gas, although not the cheapest quote, they addressed technical issues over-looked by British Gas. All the work was completed on time based on an agreed timetable in a tidy and efficient manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Will and WRM Plumbing & Heating for any private or commercial central heating and plumbing work.

WRM Plumbing & Heating did a tremendous job, installing a new boiler for me. I had ongoing problems with my old one for a couple years with multiple plumbing & heating companies replacing various parts, and charging for multiple visits without a permanent solution. Eventually, I was told that the only way to fix my problem was to power-flush the water pipes! Luckily, I decided to have one more advice, and found WRM Plumbing & Heating via google search. Will from WRM made one visit, diagnosed the problem within minutes, and gave me a couple of options...replacing a faulty part, or the whole boiler. I went for replacing the boiler as it made most sense. The price was reasonable, and the work was done perfectly! He even sent me a troubleshooting video to help me continue having hot water out of my element water heater, whilst I waited for the new boiler. Such level of care and dedication to a customer’s need is priceless.

Will and his colleague were the consummate professionals, polite, friendly, efficient and effective.
