Excellent service! Simon helped me with an injury sustained from cycling. With such a professional level of service and attention to detail I was injury free in no time! I still continue to complete the recommended exercises even though I am now injury free. I would recommend the movement practice to anyone and happily go and see Simon again for any treatment.

I have had a long standing issue with my lower back since crushing two vertebrae. Since that there have been side effects such as sciatica, tight hip flexors and hamstrings.
Simon has always offered excellent and professional service and I have always left the treatment feeling better than when I walked in. The treatments always happen whilst Simon explains what he is doing and why, this automatically puts you at ease, knowing he is knowledgable and passionate about his work.
He will never over treat and always offer solutions that are practical and can be done at home in order to improve mobility.
I would highly recommend you use him if you have any issues.

Mr Fix. You will see the results!
I went to Simon with a shoulder injury, he understood the issue and explained how it can be fixed. Helped with the convenient appointments. He has a wealth of experience. I could clearly see the improvement of my shoulder movement. I am delighted with the final results. I would recommend Simon with confidence.

Me and my family all use Simon (The Movement Practice) for fixing CrossFit injuries and general repairs to pulls and strains and more serious accidents like my recent dislodging of my pelvis bone that was expertly put back into place. Simon has freed up tight knots that other osteopaths have failed to reach on me in the middle of my back that I thought I was just going to have to live with. We always leave feeling better with expert follow up advice for preventative measures and exercises to maintain the good work done. Simon is polite, professional, knowledgable and good with all the family. I would highly recommend his services.

Simon has helped me so much over the years, not only with helping to rehab my injuries but also to diagnose and refer onto specialists when necessary. I would highly recommend him as he has not only been a huge help in my fitness journey, but having also attended his clinics, where he shares his knowledge and expertise on injuries in CrossFit and sport in general, I can say that he is a great educator and willingly shares his experience and skill with all.

I picked up a knee injury early in lockdown, and I had always heard amazing reviews from other people at my CrossFit box about Simon and the movement practice, so when I knew we might be able to book an appointment I reached out to Simon. He was amazingly quick to respond, and despite uncertainty around re-opening he kept me up to date about his availability and plans and when able to I made a visit to him. Simon was able to very quickly identify my issue, and also reassure me that the injury was not as significant as I first thought. I had 4 appointments with Simon over a relatively short period of time, and in that time my injury was corrected with a combination of therapies including acupuncture. More importantly Simon was able to explain the "WHY" which has enabled me to work on my technique to avoid further injury, and continue my own treatment and recovery at home based on the advice he gave me. I won't hesitate to use Simon and the Movement practice in the future.

Simon has been remarkable at helping me get back on my feet following a CrossFit injury. He has great knowledge in his field and in all matters relating to CrossFit, so apart from the effective treatment, he offered great advice on how to get better and stay better. Highly recommended!

Simon is amazing and so helpful. Will never try and sell multiple sessions and gives great advice and always has availability around my shift work. Recommended. Very well looked after premises with great covid controls and cleaning regime.

I can definitely recommend Simon, and the practice, to others. Great communication when booking my appointment, and extremely flexible in terms of availability. The session itself was thorough and I felt completely at ease. Simon is very professional, personable and I quickly trusted in his knowledge and abilities. The session covered a lot more than what I believed to be 'sports therapy/massage' and I received a truly holistic approach to my musculoskeletal issues - this was above and beyond my expectations. I could tell in the session that the treatment was having a good effect, but the main result a couple of days later, was fantastic. I am very happy with the outcome - a lot of my complaints have completely subsided and I am pain free. I highly recommend the service offered by The Movement Practice.

I highly recommend Simon. I have had a bad back and other related issues for about 2 years - I visited the Movement Practice on two occasions over 7 days, and feel more comfortable than I have for a very long time. No more stiff back and limited movement after 1 week - so grateful to feel comfortable training again after working around my discomfort for so long. He fully understands the desire to get back to functionality and training ASAP - I definitely wouldnt hesitate to come back in the future should I need to.
