I went to see Gayle after suffering 3 months of pain due to a running injury (trochanteric bursitis). During the session Gayle used a combination of ultrasound therapy and manual therapy and I left the clinic pain free. It has been 8 days since that treatment and I am still pain free for which I am eternally grateful. I still need another session (maybe more) to loosen my muscles and build the specific muscles to protect my hip, this is a very small price to pay for the relief I now have! I thoroughly recommend Gayle who is very professional and competent, and her clinic which offers a very relaxing environment in which to be treated.

Gayle has just been wonderful! First she saw my 3 year old daughter and made her feel so welcome and comfortable. She spoke to her instead of through me and it was then I knew she would be great! I visited Align Osteopathy today for a Hot Stone Massage with Cheryl. The clinic has a wonderful calm atmosphere as soon as you come through the door and the reception area smells divine. Cheryl is easy to talk to and we decided what I want from the treatment and which areas to concentrate on. My massage was superb, I could feel the knots of tension melt away as I was lulled into a dreamlike state from the gentle music playing in the background. I feel amazing and have rebooked for next month.

We went to Gayle to help with our newborn, who was particularly unsettled and a poor sleeper, after reading that cranial osteopathy can help. Gayle was very reassuring at our first appointment, explained clearly what she was going to do and why and explained the reasons as to why our baby was possibly unsettled. We had two treatment sessions with Gayle and saw vast improvements in our baby’s behaviour and her ability to sleep. I would highly recommend Gayle’s services and expertise, she is professional and helpful and I felt our baby was in safe hands at al times

A huge thank you to Gayle for the excellent treatment I have received at Align. After my GP couldn't help me with serious ongoing pain and restricted movement in my knee other than offering me an MRI scan and maybe surgery. I started seeing Gayle during the first lockdown when my Achilles tendonitis had left me almost unable to walk. She offered me video consultations and checked in regularly, giving me exercises to help with rehabilitation. Once we were able to see each other face to face, I continued to have hands on treatments done. I was recommended Gayle for some hip issues by a friend. She really took the time to ask me questions and try to figure out what the issue could be on my first appointment. There was no awkward silences which relaxed me, especially when things got pinchy. All the time Gayle was working on my hips she was explaining what she was doing and why which helps alot! She gave me some exercises to do at home and I've noticed a big difference already! I've seen Gayle a couple of times now for my hips and I wouldn't go anywhere else. However, none of them have been as effective as quickly as the treatment I received from Gayle at Align!
