Combi-nation did a great job with our boiler replacement. Helping find the right solution for our home, project managing the replacement eg roofer etc and installing it in a professional and tidy way. Paul and his team were always cheerful, polite and pleasant. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Very pleased and happy with Paul’s service. I called Combi-Nation to repair my old boiler after being refused by 2 other plumbers. 20 mins after he appeared at my house there was hot water and working central heating again! I left a message and they called back very quickly, attended within an hour, fixed the issue, and resolved another less urgent issue with the timer control. These guys have just saved our Christmas! Our heating went down last night at 9pm. I left a message and they called me back at 8am this morning. After telling them what’s not happening Paul knew what the issue was and arrived was on my door step an hour later. It’s the 23rd of December and it was his day off but he still came out. He replaced the faulty thermostat under warranty and we have heating again!!! Paul just said “I can’t have you going through Christmas with no heat, I’m on my way” I can’t thank Combi Nation enough, our Christmas would have been pretty miserable without heating. Their customer service is next level. It is so rare to find a company that actually cares about their customers this much and is willing to drop everything and help. Five stars is not enough!

I have use Combi-nation for the last 8 years to look after my buy to let properties in the Southampton area. I have always found them to be fast and efficient. They deal with my tenants directly and I know that they will always do what they say they are going to do. They are reasonable priced and the standard of their work is very good. HUGE 5 STARS Needed to replace our 13 year old boiler for the last couple of years but you know how it is, just kept putting it off! Hated all the online quote companies that then bombard you with calls and emails then remembered Combi Nation was just around the corner from me! Gave them a call and within a few days they were out to quote. It took me minutes to decide to use this company as there was no blinding me with science, honest evaluation of what I actually required, NO unnecessary add ons and straight to the point about cost! I gave the go ahead there and then. Boiler and parts ordered in front of me at the same time with delivery being a week later and a day later it was fitted. Quote took 10 minutes, delivery arrived bang on time and fitter arrived at exact time they stated they would. Absolutely great first class service all round from beginning to end. Good, clean workmanship too AND they said all the old equipment would be collected from outside the house "soon" - It was 10 minutes and gone! Combi-nation had the not so envious task to replace the old boiler in my new property. I had 4 engineers quoting me for the work and Combi-nation were by far the best value for money. Though their quote was lower than the other companies, you wouldn't be able to tell from the first class work the guys have done. Gwyn and Paul worked tirelessly for 3 days to get the new boiler fitted. During the fitting process a few issues with our central heating system were discovered. The guys let us know exactly what needed to be done and once again provided very fair prices for the work needed. And even though it was very messy work, they left our property spotless. All in all, I had a stellar experience with Combi-nation and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I phoned combi -nation on a Tuesday Paul came on the Thursday morning found the problem with my boiler returned on Friday replaced the part fixed it, cost was as stated at the time would rate this company highly will use them again if needed.
