Great Service! Fast Call out. Would highly recommend this company. Not only did they respond quickly but they were very professional and very helpful. Most definitely the best customer service and all round experience we have had in a while! We had an unknown animal (suspected bird) that had fallen down the chimney and was still showing signs of life after 2 days and the dogs were going mad, so we decided to have the fireplace removed and capped to access behind. I have been a British Gas customer over 20 years and when I called them they wouldn't come out and didn't deem it an emergency, not impressed as I was anxious trying to sort this out. Other gas engineers said they could come the following week, by then the creature would have died. Call up Gas Works and they were the saviours of the day! So well done! One very large and very alive, uninjured bird removed from the chimney and released!

Gasworks came to my rescue whilst I was on holiday and my boiler broke down at a property I am renting out. They were on site within hours and able to identify the problem so the tenant was not left without any heating or water during a very cold November. I would thoroughly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Had a boiler fixed 4 years ago. A combi one. They did full install. It’s still going very well. Remote control unit is far too complex but that’s the product not them. Also had a very nice feature gas fire place. I’ve used a few and without a doubt, if you want to speak to a company that knows boilers and gas fires, use them.
