A. N.This is where you take Ukrainian refugees to get their Biometrics part of their Visa. There is a nearby carpark to the rear. Signage could be a bit clearer and made more professional to give hosts and guests a bit of assurance that they are at the right place. Hosts have only a small area to wait as those having the Biometrics are escorted up in a lift. If there is good weather you can wait in the park opposite which has a small coffee outlet.
B. D.Went to a medical at Cumberland house and there was a mix up. But the 2 lovely receptionists couldn't help enough and managed to get me booked into another one the next day. I went back and once again they were so helpful and I can't praise them enough. Great staff.

S. P.There's nothing to be afraid of at your biometric appointment! The staff were super nice and my appointment only lasted about 15 minutes. I recommend that you pay for a 'premium' service rather than the 'free' service because the staff will ensure that all of your scanned and uploaded UKVI documents are acceptable quality and labelled correctly. I only uploaded my passport once to UKVI, but apparently I needed it uploaded again and labelled as 'education' to prove my ability to speak English, which the staff kindly did for me during my appointment.

U. L. U.Amazing experience. Went there to give my biometrics and photo for my visa renewal. Everything was extremely quick and efficient. Sharon especially was very friendly and took me in 20 minutes before my appointment time. The required biometrics and scanning was done within 5 minutes. Would highly recommend this place
