Staff made the whole experience. From start to finish every single staff member was polite, helpful and so accommodating to every need possible. Never been to a spa before but today has made me want to go back. Spent the whole day there and even had a facial which was so relaxing. The food was amazing and even gave us complimentary mocktails. Our server Logan was great! Amazing place definitely recommend.

Loved the spa, just feels like you've entered a resort from the get go. Facilities are clean and overall well maintained loved the different heat rooms and water based facilities. Massage was tip notch. Only downside was the lunch part, the food is great but it was a quiet day today and still took 25 mins to take our order 30 for the main course to arrive and a further 25 to bring the preordered dessert...which took away a good chuck of spa time. Would definitely come again.

Wow!! That’s all I can say what an incredible time both me and my partner had. From the very minute we walked in we where welcomed so happily and the atmosphere where great! I just want to say a massive Thankyou to Martha, what a great kind hearted woman, she made our experience 10/10 Cant wait to visit again soon. Amazing!!

Amazing! Absolutely loved it, had a full body massage which was great! The facilities are really nice with several different types of sauna. It is a really relaxing day that is worth the money. Only annoying thing is how far you have to walk for lunch in your robes!

I had a lovley day at Alton towers spa. We had a lovley day chilling in the jacuzzis, saunas and different rooms and I also had a full body massage which was amazing, but a little gentle. Spa was lovley and we loved the outdoor sauna lodge. Changing rooms too small and showers unable to change temperature but still nice. We also had lunch included, which was mostly pizza and burgers unfortunately, they are clearly catering for families, would have loved some more lunch type options, but the food we ordered was nice, just a bit heavy! My friend was also able to order a gluten free pizza. They also included a complimentary prosecco for us all as it was my 30th. Thanks ! Great day!

Staff are friendly, informative and welcoming. Spa has lots to offer. Steam, sauna, foot spa, jacuzzi, swimming pool and relaxation room. I also had a massage and manicure both were of a good standard. Bit pricey and toilets / changing rooms bit dated.

Very nice and relaxing. I was lucky enough to be the only one in there for most of the time too!! Reception were lovely - I wish they would communicate with the on site hotel staff though as to current prices and deals as information vastly differed. Changing rooms and showers a lot more dated than the rest of the spa.

The pool and saunas were good and the facial was fabulous. Only comment was there are not enough changing rooms, only one so I tried to get changed in toilet while my daughter was in changing room. It was a birthday gift so can't really complain.

On arrival we struggled to find the spa, signage could be clearer from the lobby. Team were helpful and friendly. We had an afternoon tea and a facial, as well as access to facilities. It was a lovely chilled afternoon and the facilities were good. Would probably go again.

Staff in the spa are very friendly - lovely spar experience - had a back massage which was amazing - only downside was the staff in the restaurant where we went for the all inclusive lunch - far more interested in chatting amongst themselves than serving the guests - just spoilt the experience slightly

Recently had a day at the Alton Towers Spa with my daughter... We were newbies, and absolutely loved it!! ...Thankyou Hollie for making our arrangements and looking after us, so professional... Lorraine, who gave me a body massage was lovely, and certainly has the magic touch...the steam rooms, the pool followed by cocktails and lunch made for a very enjoyable day ☺️

had a full day at the spa, its a little small, only about 4 steam rooms, nice warm pool and even warmer Jacuzzi. We had lunch at the secret garden and Natalie, our waiter was out of this world, friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed, food was great too.

The rooms are nice and the treatments are ok. I've tried a few different spas and they all offer slippers as standard and some flip flops, especially if there is an outdoor room. These charged £1 each for the slippers that get water logged and stretch beyond useability as they're open toed and £3.95 for flip flops. Not much but it's Definately a draw back compared to others

Really lovely treatments and therapist just wasn't very relaxing as my room backed onto the kids play area and hotel, so if they put you in one of these ask to move if you want quiet!
