Well what can I say the kindness and care myself and family received is second to non. My mum was treated with so much dignity and respect after she passed ,nothing was too much trouble for your team and even though we as a family are truly heartbroken you managed ro make the whole process bearable. I feel I must mention Sam and Sandra you two wonderful ladies seemed to have the ability to make our family feel like the only ones going through this. I honestly cannot relate to the few bad reviews here. The care, customer service and actual funeral service for my mum was impeccable from start to finish. Mum had paid for her funeral already but I was still able to make my own choices too. No question was too much trouble. No phone call was too much trouble. Always offered a drink when going to the funeral home. Everybody I spoke to regarding mums funeral was professional, kind, understanding and even light humoured (I like that). The men on the day were respectful and lovely. The invoice for the extras wasn't even sent out until a month later! I would recommend Garsides to anybody if I'm honest and in fear of sounding inappropriate, I will use them again 🙄

Could not have asked for anything else at this difficult time. Sandra visited me at home and helped us to arrange the funeral. Our family had all we asked for, however strange the request.
