Had broken down boiler which was over 20 years old running on a water tank system, Was left with no heating or hot water EON advised me they could come out in roughly 10 weeks! But thankfully NPG team came out within 7 days and completed new boiler fitting removed all the old boiler and water tank, very clean work didn’t cut any corners and very clear with every step of the build no hidden costs, arrived on time and completed works within 2 days cannot fault them at all life savers would highly recommend for all plumbing, boiler gas etc needs! Great service from Nationwide Plumbing in Stoke-on-Trent. My mum's fire had broke, her only source of heating, with a cold snap on the way. We were struggling to get any response from other Gas fitters to fit the replacement we had ordered. These guys responded immediately and were able to schedule fitting within 2 days. Great communication on the day when the engineer was due. The engineer was polite, efficient and cleaned up after himself. Would definitely use again.

FIVE STAR service from start to finish Our ancient boiler was condemned and we were given a quote of £2500 for a Bosch 30kw with a 7 year guarantee Our neighbours recommended NPG so we tried them alongside another local company I can genuinely say Sam was great with all the info, he gave me options and discussed all of them with us one by one... We chose a 34kw boiler with the 10 year guarantee and saved about £700 I chose to do the review now as its been 1 year and the boiler has been great, silent yet huge power in the shower We have had the annual warranty and the boiler cleaned, we were shown how good the magnet filter was in collecting the dirt from the radiators It was nice to see Sam after the lockdown and now we are looking to renew our shower room FIVE STAR SERVICE from the start with great after sales All the best, Vince

I had my existing Y plan boiler system and hot water tank removed and a combi boiler fitted a week ago. The work was performed over a weekend which was great for me as it saves having time off work. All of the work quoted was performed, there were no attempts to provide less than was quoted or to charge extra. Sam and his colleagues that came to perform the work were very polite, friendly and professional, and obviously took care in their work. There are a few areas where they have actually gone further than I expected such as using full bore valves and taking care to mount the equipment where it is easy to access / maintain as opposed to where is quickest / easiest for the installer. Overall I am very happy with the installation and have already recommended NPG to another person I know is looking for a boiler replacement.

BOILER REPLACEMENT with NPG I have had my Gas Boiler replaced with a new Worcester Bosch 8000. A new gas pipe was also needed to accommodate our new boiler; pipework was installed underneath the floor boards discreetly. I opted for the premium package which came with a magnet filter and an internet thermostat; this also included flushing of the CH system. I am semi retired and I used to work in the trade; I know too well of what needed to be done, and how to cut corners. PROFESSIONAL, TIDY, INFORMATIVE We had a great experience from start to finish. Everything was done to the detail; dust sheets, matching cement, hoovering. It wasn’t much cheaper than a local company I know, but a massive difference in experience and quality wise. LIFE SAVER! Very pleasant experience dealing with NPG. I had a gas leak on Friday night and after Cadent had come out and capped off the gas, I was left with no heating, no hot water and no gas for cooking. I needed someone to fix my boiler, with young children in the house and the leak happening a couple of days prior to a family celebration where we needed gas to cook. I was left without hope due to it being a weekend and was unable to find a gas safe engineer until I came across NPG. Highly recommended, GREAT PRICE & GREAT SERVICE. Thank you NPG.
