I rent a couple of houses out and I’ve been let down so many times by different plumbers/ gas engineers. It was recommended I speak to Paul at Stoke Gas works and he has never let me down. Paul was recommended to us when we were having problems with our boiler. He came out really quickly to check it over but unfortunately it was unrepairable. He gave us a quote on the spot for a replacement one and arranged to get it fitted very quickly. He and his colleague Richard got the boiler fitted in a day cleaned up all the mess and took the old one away with them. They also arranged the electrician to get it all linked up and explain everything to us. We were VERY impressed Stoke Gas works they are ORGANISED, RELIABLE, COMPETATIVE and VERY CONSIDERATE making the best of a bad situation. The guys put you at ease and have a great sense of humour. They really care about their customers they were frantically trying to source a spare part for another families boiler so they would have heating over the weekend whilst working on ours. Thank you so much Paul and Richard see you in a year for the check up. We can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks Sam and Loz Goldenhill.
