Looks like a cool site but is a building site currently if you're considering visiting
P. S.
Great Historic site still in its infancy for development but the passion of the volunteers is amazing. Nice by the river, also if you go to the waterfront you can take a boat trip on the "Copper Jack" and see the site from the river.

Doesn't seem to be a lot to see or do. There are some old industrial buildings but they appear to be off limits. Some sculpture and some interpretation boards, in what is otherwise an empty field. Fine for a walk around, but sadly, the many buildings are too far gone at present.

Lovely little historical site, could use more attention.

Huge expectations for planned investment. Once The Leading World's Copper Industry site so definitely worth some proper exposition. Will be brilliant to see cult Penderyn Distillery on site.
Rather than that, not much besides derelict buildings - well worth to ILLIGAL try get into for stalkers - on site to see for now.
Good views for Swansea Valley, Kiley Hill and Liberty Stadium

It tells the whole story of the hafod, this is a very important site to the residents of the landore, hafod & the surrounding area. This is a place to visit for history buffs as well as just the curious. I believe that in the near future, the copperworks is to be the site of the new Swansea branch of the penderyn distillery. The Tawe River runs alongside the area, this was a main factor in the copperworks being built in this particular area. It's not much to look at but if you manage to find the right local to talk to you will be amazed as too what this little corner of the world actually contributed to.

Heart of the industrial revolution in Swansea used to be here. Grounds are a bit dilapidated these days but a good cut through to Landore and Morfa shopping park
