From the moment I made a enquiry they team was very responsive and insured all my needs were met, they also left me alone to make a decision on how I would like to move forward, a great company and no pushy salesman techniques, something that I believe is crucial.
Jorge really made sure I knew everything I needed to know and was extremely professional, giving me constant reassurance that both himself and Vicky are there ready to help if I need anything. The customer service alone was good enough to make me choose to use this office space, I would highly recommend and will be staying here for a long time. Thanks again
G. J.I have been a Virtual Office Plus customer for the past 2 years. The service from the Regus centre is and always has been first class. The staff are helpful and courteous and I am always 100% confident that my customers are going to receive prompt and efficient attention. The Centre Manager and her team work hard to meet my business needs and have always been able to assist me when I have needed to access additional services (sometimes at pretty short notice). If I'm being honest, the centre is looking a little tired and could do with some investment but the staff more than make up for this particular shortcoming by adding some personal touches to the office space and delivering service excellence where it really matters.
