David Liang (D L Plumbing & Heating) provided us great support when we had boiler issues. Our boiler broke and we were due to go on holiday that night for 10 days, David came out late that night and diagnosed the problem, attempted to fix (30 year old boiler was having none of it), and went out of his way to get a new boiler ordered and fitted while we were on holiday (fitting us in to an already packed schedule) so that we had hot water and heating on our return. David responded very quickly, on a Sunday, to the problem I reported. He drove a long way to my address and upon arrival found that the “fault” I had was easily fixed by the flick of a switch. Despite my insistence that I at least pay his petrol costs, he refused and was genuinely happy to see that he’d helped in even the most simplest of ways. I don’t think you’d ever be able to doubt his integrity and would happily recommend him for your job - in fact I have no doubt who will be taking care of my boiler servicing from now on. Top class.
