Inception have looked after our printing needs for over 7 years. The service is second to none and any printing issues are quickly rectified. The contract we have where we pay for each sheet printed rather than owning the machines works really well as we only get charged for what we use. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

03.08.2020 - Our printer was leaving black smudges on the paper and I couldn't understand how to fix it. I phoned Inception and they asked me to email a picture of what was happening. The lady replied saying she had sent it to the engineer. Within an hour Peter a lovely engineer arrived at our office and sorted the problem! 5* service all round! Thank you so much! 01.07.2020 - I was well and truly stumped as to why my computer would not let me connect to the printer. I phoned the number for Inception from the sticker they had put on the side of the printer and Gareth called me back within 24hrs. He fixed the problem so easily and effortlessly and now I can finally print and in colour too! - Fantastic service and I would highly recommend. Thank you again.
