What a refreshing change. After receiving silly quotations from other local companies a work mate suggest I try Jarren as he'd a really good price and experience. I contacted Jarren Heating and arranged an appointment to visit my property , at all times I was kept in the loop and on the day was greeted by a polite engineer who listened to what I had to say, didn't try and force a solution on me and fully understood what I wanted to achieve. As promised the quote arrived on time and after checking I sent back requesting a couple of extra items, never an issue the new quote arrived and we agreed to progress the works, a small deposit was requested and date agreed. On the day he arrived spot on time and began to sheet up the working area and set to work, I had relocated out of the office and was presently surprised how little interference was generated, very mindful of my needs and ensuring noise was kept down if I was on a call. the whole job was completed as originally planned within the 3 days, not a mark on a wall or carpet and even dusted before leaving. I have since received all the certification and guarantee documents associated with the works, the new installation is working faultlessly and very efficient. Scope: new boiler relocated form original airing cupboard (new pipes, flue, gravity drain and external gas supply), new expansion tank and supporting structure in attic, install customer supplied hot water cylinder, new circulation pump, new valves, new diverter valve, new Hive control package, fit customer scale inhibiter and isolation valve, new dinning room radiator, new vertical kitchen radiator. Its very rare to find an engineer these day of this quality, the workmanship was amazing (I am ex electrical trade so know what I am looking for on a job) total respect for my property and cleanliness, engineer considerate, polite, high quality work at a good price, fitting my own additionally supplied items not an issue. I have no hesitation in using Jarren Heating again for any future works and have already asked to have him service my new boiler when due. Shaun Potter.

Dave came to give us a quote for adding in two more radiators to our central heating system. We were happy with the quote and booked the job with him. On the day, he arrived bright and early and did a really good job and we now have a warmer house, he also gave us a few hints and tips to help save the bills. The most amazing service! We are so happy with our new boiler and the entire process. Every interaction has been amazing, easy, great communication, friendly advice. We moved from an old boiler with a tank set up to a new combi boiler, the entire process was smooth, on time, fully covid secure (appreciated with a vulnerable person in the house). Everything was clean and tidy, you wouldn't even have known they had been here. We also had our gas fire serviced which was quick and easy. We had our central heating replaced (new boiler, replacement radiators and new radiators from rooms without) and 100% recommend. Clear communications, came when they said they would, respectful of our house (everything tidied up at the end of each day, brought their own kettle so not to disturb us, checked before parking etc..) high standard of work with everything finished off brilliantly. No unexpected costs, no messing around, no pressure, and completely reliable. The new systems works really well and we were given really clear instructions on how to use. Genuinely can't fault.

Dave is reliable, friendly, extremely tidy and very knowledgeable. Dave has done a number of different things for us including boiler services installing new radiators and fernox filters and fitting carbon monoxide alarms. He always turns up on time explains what he is doing and why he is doing it and offers good advice. He charges reasonable rates for an excellent service.
