Linda was very supportive when my husband rang at a very emotional time and supported us to achieve the individual cremation and a superior casket option via her services.
Linda had collected and returned our beloved dog Kona in a resin statue of a labrador within 24hrs of us contacting her.
The statue, paw print and tuff of hair has brought a lot of comfort to us during this difficult time. Knowing he got the individual cremation and service he deserved.
Linda was amazing through out showing empathy and sensitivity. Linda sent a beautiful text and kept us updated until she was able to bring him home to us.
Yes it cost a bit more than going through the vets but worth every single penny in our minds and we got our babies ashes back within 24hrs of contacting her.
