I was very impressed with how fast the team responded to my enquiry. As this was the first time I used this kind of service I had lots of questions before I committed. Matthew was very patient and I never felt pushed to give them the job. When I finally asked them to do a trace I got a result within a few hours. Unfortunately a very unlikely error occurred and the address I was given was incorrect which had resulted in wasted time and some anxiety on my part. However Matthew and the team made every effort to rectify the situation and I eventually found the person I was looking for. I will definitely recommend them for their friendly approach and helpful attitude but I would have liked to have at least a partial refund to make up for the fuel wasted on a bit of a wild goose chase before I had success in finding the person I looked for.
