Had my first ever proper massage yesterday with Natasha, was a bit nervous but soon felt completely at ease. She knows her stuff and advised me on stretching techniques and more and has a lovely calming energy. I had my best sleep in a long time last night, thank you! Highly recommended and will be booking another hour in the near future.

Tom is professional and has a gentle manner. He explained everything thoroughly and illustrated with the use of a model of the spine. Then despite his stature, he gracefully demonstrated the many ways to lift things to preserve lower back health. I was happy to discover that wearing loose fitting clothing meant that there was no need to strip down to my underwear as in my previous experiences. Great experience and well worth the investment.

We were on in Truro a couple of weeks. But Tom took the time to understand our issue. We had an initial telephone assessment and then an in person. At the in person assessment he took great care to ensure we felt comfortable, understood our pain and then give treatment. Following this the pain diminished greatly over the next 24 hours. Tom took the time to answer all questions and provide some exercises. Unlike some chiropractors we have visited, he did not pressure us into getting more treatment. It felt like he wanted to genuinely help. The pre communication with the reception staff was also very pleasant. One receptionist changed our schedule multiple times (at my request) and still remained super helpful and professional. All round excellent team and service for myself and my wife. I had a lower back pain and wife had a neck and knee issue.

My first visit with Dan went far better than expected, Having been referred to an NHS physiotherapist for over 6 months & been given strong painkillers to help me sleep, nekither of which were improving the situation, I approached Cathedral Chiropractic with few expectations that they could help to resolve my probloems. I got an emergency appointment, even so they were full and I am so grateful for that. I had acute lower back pain after having dislocated something in my back yesterday. I could not sit, walk, stand or lay down without sever pain that radiated into my leg, making it feel numb on one side. Tamson was very knowledgeable, professional and explaining everything very well, with a good sense of humor. I felt very safe, understood and well taken care of. The adjustment of the spine and especially the on point massage led to a release of the pain level to half the amount in minutes. I could walk again right away and later in the evening I could lay down and sit without any radiating pain, just some tenderness remaining in the lower back. I am so deeply grateful for her blessed hands and I can highly recommend her.

Dan talked me through what was happening with my back and then set about working his magic. After 10 mins of discomfort i could feel the tension and pain start to ease. He gave me some simple activation exercises to do at home to lessen the chance of reoccurrence and I left. By the end of the day my lower back was moving easily and for the 1st time in weeks the pain was gone. A really positive experience.

I cannot recommend cathedral chiropractic highly enough. Ive had a back problem for many years on and off, and had come to the conclusion that I would always have pain. Id convinced myself that because my pain was so bad now that something significant was wrong with me, maybe I should have that MRI maybe I would need that surgery. After having my very heavy Baby recently my back got worse, I couldn't lift him or carry him without severe pain. Without a shadow of doubt receiving this treatment was life changing for me. I went from experiencing pain all day everyday, affecting my sleep- my ability to care for my son and my ability to do my job........to being totally pain free. I never thought this would be achievable, I was expecting to feel a bit better, but I am completely pain free, even when picking up my lump of a son. On another note Tamsin's care was impeccable, she was kind caring and professional. It is very evident how much she loves her job, it really shows, this passion also makes her truly amazing at her job. Sorry if this sounds very gushing - however she has given me the ability to lead a pain free life......priceless. I was seen very quickly, appointments were very frequent and the whole team were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you
