Reviews of Healey's Cornish Cyder Farm

Absolutely amazing! We thought it was all very informative, loved the map you get at the beginning, much easier to follow. Better to book online as you get an online discount. The best part was the cider/wine tasting! There was also jam tasting. So worth the visit. Great food, things to do for everyone. Would recommend

We had a great time Healey's, even though it was raining. We found this place in a Best Day Out at Cornwall visitor /tourist guide and even found a 10% coupon in that book. That made this activity a really good deal! The tractor ride through the orchards is pretty interesting, and a great kids activity. The museum is incredible, having cider making equipment from the 16 and 1700s. The animal farm is cute for kids as well. We really enjoyed the cider master tour and the cider tasting room with over 60 samples available is definitely a fun and interesting place... We spent the majority of day here, needing to eat lunch after the tasting 🙂...

Visit here 1 or 2 times a year when I’m down in Cornwall always a must visit on the list. Been upgraded since my last time here in august few new places you can walk around which was really interesting. Spot of lunch in the cafe area which was very nice & great for tasting some of there sauces they put on the meals! Always try the samples this time tried some new limited edition ciders which absolutely loved & brought 3 bottles of!

I had a fantastic time here with my wife and dog, we arrived early and it was semi busy. The tractor ride was very informative.
I would have a designated driver as the taster session was a lot stronger than we thought and the guys giving them out were full of lots of information and answered every question we had.
The burgers were good and very fast service. Being dog friending in the canteen area was a bonus so the dogs could sit inside with us.
Would be happy to revisit again in the future for sure.

Great day out fairly priced, a lot to see and do. The restaurant has amazing food and drinks and the staff were great. Dog friendly on leads. Got some great things from the shop as well including cider, gin, sauces and jams.

A family trip to Cornwall would not be complete without a visit to the cyder farm. Healey’s is famous for its Rattler cider but also boasts great jams, scrumpy, spirits, sauces and juices.
The visit forms a self guided tour where your ticket price includes access to all areas as well as many tastings as you could want. You can bolt on additional activities if you wish although these command a premium price. The tour contains access to the inner workings of the distilleries and cellars as well as small farms and animal pens, all set amongst quintessentially English cobble stoned streets and buildings.
Unlike a number of other attractions, you are not allowed to consume bought in food in their picnic areas. Prices for food are expensive so please bear this in mind when attending.
Overall, the attraction is a worthwhile experience. Staff are friendly within the ticketing and customer service areas. You can get discounts for entry for blue light card holders and families; booking online is a must. The additional purchases onsite, whilst not necessary, are cost prohibitive and slightly out of keeping with it being a family run business.

This is a brilliant tour and a great family day out!
We visited with our dog and 1 year old. It is great to see attractions that are so dog and family friendly. There’s a restaurant serving great local food. The tasting is included in the ticket where you can try every produce they make (cider, wine, gin and jam)! The little farm has goats, pigs, chickens, peacocks and donkeys which is huge hit with the younger children.
I would recommend booking online as you can save more money than buying on the door.

Honestly one of the best afternoons of our holiday. The staff were SO friendly and helpful and didn't rush you and generally just treated you like they had known you for years. The fact you can try all the samples of wine, gin, juices l, jams and cyders was so good even having 0% alcohol ones too. The cream tea was amazing value and the portion insane if they had bought out half the size I would have been happy. It's dog friendly so my furry friend came too. Just a really good afternoon. They did tractor rides but we didn't go on one but that was out choice. And the shop you couldn't have asked for anymore choicest and reasonably priced too. My advice is to and see and enjoy.

Such a good family, dog friendly day out. We enjoyed the tractor ride, small animal farm, cyder making installations and the cyder, brandy, rum and wine tasting area and the apple juice, pickles and jam tasting area. The best part fir me was the cream tea- the best I had in Cornwall! The vanilla and cherry scone was a dream- I'll dream of that for a lifetime! The pineapple outdoor shack was fab too.

Worth a visit, even if you don't like cider.
They also sell whiskey, gin and wine. Sadly no vodka.
Dogs allowed inside.
You can pay for a tour to look around, and see how it's made, plus some tasting.
Shop entrance is free.
They also have animals to see.
Do look out for the goats on the trampoline!!
Some deals to be had in the shop...
Not an all day event, but kills a couple of hours... !
