R. B.The over 50's fitness sessions are fabulous fun, they help to keep me fit and have given me a whole new group of friends who are enthusiastic about physical activity. Jon encourages the group , challenges our fitness levels, keeps us safe and provides an inclusive, enjoyable hour of activity that everyone can take part in. I never leave the session without feeling physically challenged and with a smile on my face. Perhaps the best bit is seeing how everyone has improved their fitness levels, agility, strength and mobility. Long may they continue!
