247 EV stepped in and saved the day for me by putting in a charger when I had been let down by another supplier at the last minute. Danielle was superb and really helped with the survey and in choosing the charger itself. The process was easy and swift thanks to them. The charger itself look very good and the installation is very neat and tidy. The engineer who fitted the unit was also very knowledgable and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a charger for their electric vehicle.

Well what can I say. The Car dealer stated I would have to wait about 6 weeks to have a home charger fitted. I contacted their recommended company who never got back to me!! Luckily I found 247EV who are simply fantastic. Danielle helped me through the process of the application and arranged for the charger to be fitted in just over a week. What incredible service. The electrician arrived on time and completed the job without any fuss. He installed the charger exactly where I wanted it and a really tidy job it is. Thank you.

Jack and Sean came to install an electric charging point for my car. From the start of the install Jack and Sean were so polite and courteous to my wife as I was at work. Jack talked her through the whole process explaining that he would need to drill through the wall and the electric would need to be turned off for a couple of minutes . After the job was completed they took all the boxes away and cleaned where they had drilled. Jack and Sean also went through the instructions for the charger with her and answered any questions she had. He even left his number incase I needed to speak to him. The wiring to the charger at the side of my house is also very neat 👌. I would recommend these guys a million percent to do any electrical work for anyone. Thank you again Jack and Sean

I first contacted 247EV after having struggled for nearly 3 months to get a successful installation by a well known national company. From start to finish the communications with 247 were speedy, friendly and efficient. All communications were brilliant and enabled me to easily submit my pre-installation survey material, and within 1 working day the company had contacted me to arrange an installation date. I have had the charger installed today, effectively one working week after my initial contact. I could not be more pleased. from start to finish this has been such an easy and positive experience and I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Well done to all concerned. Job well done!

Pre-sales were excellent with good advice and help arranging the work required from Electricity North West. 5 stars for the pre-sales service. Installers arrived on time and the charge point installed on the day as promised. All good so far! However, the brickwork was left as per the first picture, with 1/3rd of a brick just pushed in place with nothing holding or sealing it (I removed the brick fragment for the second picture). When spotting the missing mortar the installer replied just confirming that some mortar was lost and no offer was made to fix this. On later asking whether they had any mortar to patch the brickwork, I was told not and they only carry silicone sealant, which they could use if I wanted. I declined this on the day and Chris has since confirmed that silicone sealant is their standard practice. To which he offered to come back and seal the brickwork with silicone sealant but I've not yet heard anything. I'm also still waiting on a holster to be sent as one wasn't available on the day (it's currently 24 days after install).

From start to finish, 247 EV made the whole process painless and efficient. Chris handled the planning and finance side of things and was really responsive to my emails and questions. They sent an engineer out to check our property as there was a possibility it was not going to be a standard installation, and the advice we received was really helpful. Craig completed our installation yesterday and spent some extra time making sure that I could connect to the charger from the mobile app. Both myself and my partner have used the charger already, and it both looks and works great! Absolutely thrilled with the charger and the service received. 10/10!

Really pleased with 247 EV. Prompt in their response to a quote, polite, courteous, always there to answer any questions. Installed 2 weeks later, unlike some other firms which were fully booked until the beginning of April, meaning I would miss the deadline to get the government grant. On install day, the installer called and asked if he could fit it earlier than scheduled. Arrived when he said he would, again, very courteous and polite. Installed this e charger within an hour. Glad I found them! Would certainly recommend.

Before deciding on a company to install the EV Charger I researched a few and found that EV 24/7 were the most responsive and knowledgeable regarding my enquiry. They guided me through all the options eventually leading me to make the right choice and agreeing an installation date. The installation went smoothly with 24/7 turning up as planned with no drama during the installation which took around 2 hours. Value for money was good too with 24/7 being comparable with others and in many cases lower cost. Would 100% recommend to anyone considering an charge point.

Genuinely one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Danielle went above and beyond to get our OLEV approval through as quickly as she could and kept me updated throughout. We had our charger installed within two weeks of first contact, despite some hurdles to overcome with the power company, all of which Danielle sorted. The engineer himself was polite, tidy and knowledgeable. Absolutely no complaints, I would highly recommend 247 EV

Excellent, professional and reliable company. I initially contacted them by email to have a wall box fitted to charge my BEV-which is still to be delivered. Within a couple of hours they had phoned me, discussed my needs and sent the survey for me to complete. The following day I sent the survey back-completed. Within a couple of hours they contacted me again to say that everything was fine and the installation could go ahead. We arranged a date for installation there and then. The lady on the phone was lovely, helpful and professional. The installation electrician turned up on time on the day of installation. He was lovely and polite too. He did a great job and left my garage as he had found it. He set up my Hypervolt for me. All I need now is my electric car. Thank you for a great service.

We agreed a date and the engineer turned up He was so consciousness that he wouldn't even have a cup of tea. The charger was installed were I wanted it and it works a treat. Service and communications was first class with no hard sell. 24/7 on request provided details on the most suitable charger that could default to Solar generation 1st.Thus take advantage of my Solar generated electricity first. Plus come supplied with a tethered 10metre lead. The install engineer was punctual, polite and answered all my manyTechnical questions to my satisfaction. Importantly post install the work area was left clean and tidy. Based on the abovd I would use this company again for subsequent installs should they be required.
