Great Service and my adviser was extremely helpful and persistent during my erratic work hours and mobile phone malfunctions. Only issue was lack of communication once the sale was completed as it was all handed off to the dealership. Would have appreciated a little more warning about the necessity of a four hour train journey to collect the car. Despite this i'd gladly recommend the service to others.

I’ve always been hesitant about using car finance because my financial situation is a bit unusual and I didn’t want a guarantor. However, the Car Finance deals team are so helpful! They call you and listen to your, personal, situation in order to make sure you will be approved. They help you find a car (after listening to your ideals) and make sure to send you exact information regarding how much your monthly costs are. They make sure that they only deal with car dealerships that are reputable and as such, the cars sold are of good quality. I needed a car ASAP due to my insurance becoming void if I did not find a new car (my old car broke and I needed a new one to fit a black box into), they worked the entire day to push my deal through after finding me an affordable car and sorting all of my finance out. I’ve managed to get a car sorted within a day thanks to the company and Vinny, in particular, as you are assigned a specific member of the team who helps you with everything so that you do not feel lost or overwhelmed by all of the business jargon or car hunting. Vinny was helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire process, (he also worked until the finance company I have chosen, had confirmed that the car was mine to buy). I could not have asked for better help and would 100% recommend him (and Car Finance Deals, as a whole) to anybody.
