M. v.I was introduced to Finepoint through a friend who had used them prior with a great experience. Very knowledgeable and helpful at sales stage, once deposit was paid was introduced to designers right away and recieved drawings for my door within 5 days. As openings were ready the surveyor came the following week and measure for the door. Filip was very helpful as he advised my builder what to do to prepare the opening.
Manufacturing took 9weeks out of the 10 I was advised initially and the install was quite smooth. Small hiccup on the cill but was made and resolved on the same day.
Overall would definitely reccomend Finepoint to my friends and family

M.I met Atanas on site as the first instance to discuss my project, he was able to understand my vision perfectly, after a few back and forth we agreed a price and I was passed over to Mayank, lovely bloke to deal with, really made me feel the project was top priority. Once approved it arrived to site in the time agreed and was all installed in 2 weeks.
A few months on and I’m very happy with the products and all is working smoothly
