A. C.I initially went to see Mark to help overcome persistent sports injuries suffered from tight calves and hamstrings as a result of a sedentary day job.
Mark quickly pinpointed the cause of the problem and didn't just fix it but helped me understand the mechanics and gave me a set of exercises to strengthen, increase flexibility and protect myself from injury over the long term.
I now see Mark once a month as a maintenance service to ensure I don't fall on bad habits again and ensure I stay injury free.
