Miracles do happen! I never knew I could walk on air... I was sent to South Oxhey Osteopaths after an injury from a car accident. TBH I was wary at first as I have EDS and not every doctor, therapist or medical professional I have met along the way even knows what it is let alone understands it fully. But I really couldn’t fault them. I explained at the first call and they took loads of notes and said they’d call again if they needed to know more. First appointment I was still unsure (my past experience means I have heard many a person say they know what I have when they only think they do) but I couldn’t have asked for more. Yes he didn’t know what it was initially but he was honest about it, explained he’d taken lots of advice from colleagues and read a lot to make sure he was ready to find a way to treat me if he felt it was possible once talking it through with me. I was totally understood, heard and in control of my treatment. So much care and consideration. Each appointment was clearly explained and discussed so I could fully trust him and I have not felt better than I do today in a long time. I would definitely return if I needed help in the future and would highly recommend going for treatment if you need to.

Absolutely amazing!!! I popped my lower back a few weeks ago and it resonated down my left leg, up to my neck. First Rupinder asked me a few medical questions and then we got started on fixing my body. We did a ‘before’ of movement and then got too it. All I can say is magic happened. He used an electric massager on both hip joints, around the muscles and that in itself was painfully wonderful. Then he bent me 180 on both sides and the relief was instant as he cracked something. Then the full spine crack and Oh. My. Word. It was awesome. They say the best is saved for last. And it did not disappoint. My neck was the last part of this session. And it was surprisingly satisfactory. I can still hear the cracks on both sides and I am so delighted by how I feel. I smiled for a good hour after this appointment and it was because I felt so, well, relaxed. My ‘after’ movement had so much more range and I was speechless. It’s hard to make me monosyllabic. I’m still a little bit in awe of what happened and I am already looking forward to my next appointment. Rupinder was very professional and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Being a horse rider I am used to having bad backs and leaving it until the last minute to get help. Martin is an excellent osteopath, and will help with a range of issues from head to toe. Martin will always get the root cause and will often in the process resolve referred pain too. Martin is a very good listener, and I can certainly recommend him to be of the highest order. Martin will recommend measures and exercises to improve posture and structural problems. I now only visit a couple of times per year, more as a preventative measure, but always go away feeling majorly improved. There is ample parking for customers, and is very easy to get to. I cannot speak highly enough of the ostepathic genius of Rupinder Bhander. I was struggling with severe pain in my right wrist and shoulder for several weeks before I decided to see him. By the end of the first session itself, the pain had reduced by over 90pct and over the course of a few more, has almost disappeared. He is truly a magician. Martin moves fast, twists, turns, cracks, jumps and all you'd expect. But he's also great at explaining what's at fault and why he's doing what he's doing, and how you can fix it. He fixed my back up and it rarely goes wrong now. Only downside is the his popularity. You can be pushed to see him with 3-4 days notice, (which can be a 'painful' wait). He also won't work directly with insurance companies, so you have to do all your own paperwork, which is frankly often more hassle than it's worth.

‘Highly Recommend’ Rupinder in my opinion, is by far the best. I had been suffering back and neck discomfort for many years, I have tried different Chiropractors, acupuncture and yoga along with everyone else saying twist this and stretch that (like they knew better 🤷‍♂️) and it never fixed the problem, it was leaving me ok for a few days or a couple of weeks at best. I booked to see Rupinder who was genuine and I felt humbled by the way he really wanted to find the root cause of my issue. He did not settle for a ‘that will do - your necks clicked back in place’ quick fix, after my assessment he found scar tissue and approximate age of a incident that caused it and then was able to fix my lower back (something others never considered) this was the real cause for the neck problems I was having, now my regular visit once a month to every six weeks or so........is for prevention and to make sure my back is still properly aligned. It’s changed my life as I am now able to do more without the fear that I’m going to suffer tomorrow !!

Rupinder is an ABSOLUTE STAR!!! I went in absolutely broken with pinched nerves all down my neck and he told me at the beginning of the session that he could do the slower approach, which would take 4 - 6 sessions, or a more direct way, which would take 2 - 3 sessions - I went for the latter. Through his genius methods (which i would not refer to as gentle!!) and a few cracks here and there, I noticed an IMMEDIATE improvement.
