This was the Canon printer repair centre for John Lewis after I'd exhausted technical support under the warranty. I'm not sure when Evri actually delivered the printer to CSC (Evri couldn't find in their tracking system and thought they'd lost the parcel!). However the great news is CSC provided a replacement brand new printer and sent this by UPS to me. Happy days.

What a fantastic Company, companies and service don't exist like tis anymore, with the exception of this one. I returned a printer under warrantee, asking for a quick repair, it was fixed and returned to me in less than 48 hours including transport both ways. Real pleasure dealing with CRC(Tasktron) Thankyou Unfortunately I had to send my printer back for a second unrelated repair, certainty not Tasktrons fault, and again this company turned the repair around in an amazingly quick timescale. This company is one in a million for service and customer communication. If only I could award more than 5 stars, I would Many Thanks Again

Enquired about repairing a Canon printer under warranty as they were listed as the UK repair centre. They replied back quickly with all the info I needed to send over. I sent off to them and received the printer back less than a week later fully repaired and cleaned, it looked like a new printer 😁.

Unfortunately, my printer stopped working four days after the first anniversary of me purchasing it but a couple of days before I received it from Germany. The Canon helpline offered suggestions to rectify the problem but didn't answer if it was covered under the guarantee or resolve the fault. I was put in touch with CRC who listened to my problem and immediately started to find a solution. I emailed the company, after the conversation, and have had several prompt emails from the company with clear instructions and guidance to resolve my problem. The company have been professional throughout and a pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend them enough.

10 stars if I could! The support I received from CRC was second to none! Really helpful, friendly, prompt and professional. Things were not straight-forward with my printer but I am so impressed and grateful: they knew to listen and followed up on things, keeping me up-to-date with the progress and resolved all the issues. I would echo all other reviews for the exemplary service of this company. I searched high and low for a particular Canon printhead and these guys came up trumps. Two business days after contacting them the new print head was in my printer. Hannah was the company contact and she could not have been more helpful.

Exceptionally friendly, speedy, efficient service. Fixed my Canon printer same day while I waited. I can't remember the last time I received such excellent service from any type of business. *Very* big difference from Canon UK customer service, who were utterly useless on the phone. But actually you can deal with CRC direct if you still have the receipt/order details and if the product is in guarantee; they just fix it and charge Canon directly.

CRC have been amazing! We have have problem after problem with the company we purchased our printer from, however Hannah has been fantasticly paitent whilst we've waited for advise on the next steps from our original company. Phoned them on a Friday - dropped our printer off on the Monday and UPS delivered it back on the following Monday. Canon's sole UK Service Centre for Office Equipment and their service tells you why!! Excellent.

Wow! What amazing service. I had a problem with my Canon printer so called CRC and they gave me the details of Parcel2Go who collected my printer the very next day (I placed the order late at night the night before). Parcel2Go took care of my parcel and didn't charge an arm and a leg. CRC replaced my printer and returned it to me the next working day. I had expected to have to wait many days as with other companies but was delighted not only by the fast return but also the amazing customer service staff. The lady I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable, helpful and I felt that she actually cared about my problem. Amazing massive thanks to CRC! Can't recommend them highly enough.

Amazing customer service, the staff are so friendly. I sent an email at 11:30pm about an issue with my printer, received a reply at 8:30am the next day. I was able to book the printer in for repair the same day for 11:30am and my printer was fixed by 12:30 in the afternoon. I highly recommend CRC Tasktron!

I took my printer to CRC today, having been assured by several people that it wasn't worth it - I should just throw it away and buy another, as printers are consumables these days. Well CRC proved that wrong! I was very highly impressed by their service, excellent both technically and in terms of customer relations. They were willing and able to fix the problem while I waited and the cost seemed reasonable and was just a fraction of the price of a new printer. I would certainly recommend anyone in doubt to give CRC Tasktron a try.

I needed a paper tray for a canon selphy 1300.After initial enquiries I was told that I could only obtain this item from Hong Kong.Canon support referred me to their repair agents who although not stocking items like this referred me to Tasktron,and with their contact number..Suffice to say my printer was up and running again in less than 24 hours.This included delivery to Scotland. Staff were fantastic,and I completely reccomend them.Such a pleasure to deal with a company who put customer satifaction at the forefront of their operation.

Like what can I say, global pandemic and still their customer service is unbelievably good. Ordered a Leitz case, not in stock at their warehouse, called me up and said it will be with you on Monday but arrived earlier on Thursday direct from their distributor. An email request was answered promptly by telephone and a pleasant and helpful staff member swiftly made arrangements for the return of my unit for refurbishing/recyling at no cost to myself.
