Simon has been incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. I have now used Simon in two properties and he has been so good. He was able to identify what was going wrong with my boiler and heating system quickly and fixed it. No problems since. And all the work was completed quickly despite my aging heating system, with even some improvements to my system that made it work so much better. Really fantastic. I can't recommend Safe Gas Surrey highly enough.

I first came across Simon about 3 years ago (recommended by a friend). He took out an old 40 year old floor standing boiler and fitted a new wall boiler in a new location. You can imagine all the pipe work involved but he did a fantastic job and I was very pleased. For this visit he replace the pump which distributes water around the house which had ceased up and yet again another good job done with the new pump so quiet compared to the noisy old one. In those 3 years I have recommend Simon to at least 4 colleagues and they have all been very happy with his work. I consider him as a friend and I will not go to anyone else when it comes to plumbing in my house.

Extended my boiler life and reduced my stress. About a year ago my Vailant Ecotec boiler was continually over pressurising regardless of what happened. I'd had three different heating plumbers come to tinker but none of them successfully resolved it. I found Simon on the accredited technician list on the boiler manufacturer's website. A quick look at the boiler and a radiator count showed the system was just over capacity to work efficiently, so an inexpensive fix was done and now it has worked seamlessly since. This fault was overlooked by previous plumbers and the one who installed the radiator. Simon also installed a smart thermostat to make my system more efficient than it was. It was something that I'd looked at buying and installing myself but I'm so glad he did it. Solid recommendation for Simon due to his courteous, knowledgable efficiency.
