I went to the tip last night after booking a slot. I was surprised how easy it was and I did not have to queue. Once I arrived the workers there were all very happy and polite and offered to empty my car for me. Whilst there I cut my hand and first aid was done on me. Very impressed. � …

Dare I say it was a pleasure to take my garden waste to the centre today! The booking system suits me perfectly, the staff were very helpful offering to assist without prompting & the site is kept impeccably clean. Just wanted to say absolutely phenomenal service from Jay, Mike and Andre tonight. My car decided to breakdown as I was queuing inside centre, great timing not but in hindsight a safe place! These 3 were absolute 5* star heroes and pushed my car across the road to swift motors. Then like super heroes Mk 2 they came across with 3 wheelie bins and actually emptied the rubbish out of my car where she is spending the night. 🙄 thank you , thank you , thank you for all your help - Mike, Andre & Jay.

Very efficient...a lot easier to use with the Covid restrictions booking system.... genuinely prefer booking a slot as becomes a bit of free for all without...site use to really have congestion problems under the old regime..none of which occurs with pre-booked slots.

Easy to book a slot. Car Reg number was manually checked at entrance and I was waved through. Very straightforward
