First class care from the FCC chiropractors at Wintern House. A warm and friendly welcome where I feel like part of the family. I receive regular chiropractic adjustments every 2 - 4 weeks to enable me to keep on running and help my body to work at its very best!

I have been fortunate to have critical care appointments during the COVID-19 pandemic. I have a life changing health condition and have been in isolation but felt that I needed to see Bethan and I knew how careful she would be to protect her patients. When I arrived I could see instantly how serious she was about making sure that all patients were safe and we had rules to follow. I didn’t see another patient while I was there and I felt very secure and safe while I was at the clinic. Thank you Beth for allowing me to have my appointments, you really have made a positive impact on my health. I would recommend this chiropractic clinic, they offer a professional and friendly service

I routinely use Beth and the team for what I like to call a joint and muscle MOT. Always a fantastic service and I leave feeling loose and refreshed. They really did step up to the bar this year when I messaged Bethan from Accident and Emergency waiting room with chronic pain across my neck and shoulders. After describing the symptoms she advised I seek a prescription of muscle relaxants as an immediate remedy then booked in to see her in a couple of days. As she suspected it was a prolapsed disc. After several weekly appointments with Claire then Bethan, they were able to gradually ease the pain and return me to a pain-free active life. I cannot shout loudly enough about this fantastic team, they really do have healing hands!

I've been seeing Bethan for a couple of years. They give a fantastic service, I won't say completely pain free but the results are worth it. Although a coffee while you wait is no longer on offer... They have the waiting area all prep'ed for distancing. Cleanliness and hygiene always tip top has now increased to prevent any chances of C19 contamination. Clients fill out a small questionnaire to ensure they are well prior to their app't and a temperature reading taken at the app't. If you have any back, hip, knee etc pain that is making general activities difficult, don't wait until you can't garden/run/walk to book an app't.

A very Professional service during COVID lockdown. I was desperate for treatment. I was impressed by the questionnaire before hand, and discussing my current health situation regarding COVID. My temperature was taken prior to any treatment. PP was used for precaution for both parties. Diolch Bethan. My back improved immediately. x
