I was recently the recipient of a glorious Bouquet of Flowers from a Friend who used this Florists. They were carefully chosen, in a most harmonious colour scheme, and superb quality blooms. They are now giving me lasting pleasure as I recover from an operation in Hospital.

I haven't seen the flowers I am sending yet but I know they will be beautiful from. The passion in jeans voice. I actually burst into tears after I came off the phone. The girls (ladies!😙) I spoke to were fabulous and just so lovely and helpful. You wouldn't think it would mean so much but it just did. X I don't want to muddy the fact that the customer service was great at j Thomas. but I would like to add that i had an appalling and rude experience from florist in Ludlow.
