It was lovely having office space at the Blake House. We had offices in the Blake House on Blake Street first and then on St Martin's Lane ( as we needed bigger space) and both had been great. Met lovely people, enjoyed the office banter during the breaks. Never had any problems with internet or post! All worked absolutely fine. Really recommend it!

Excellent service and a great place to work. The one star reviews seem to be from Google accounts solely created to place negative reviews here. Reviews posted just after the accounts were created and the accounts haven't placed reviews anywhere else. I've had absolutely no issues with the lovely staff at Blake House. Katie and Wendy are always extremely professional. They go above and beyond to provide excellent service.

As a tenant for 6 years, I can safely say that Blake House has been the best office I've worked from. It's an ideal location for meeting clients and the building is well maintained and has a friendly co-working atmosphere with loads of independent businesses.

Unlike the obvious fake reviews under the names of Claire Brown and Dave Martin I am a genuine tenant of Blake House. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. There is a significant lack of quality office space in York, especially co-working and hot desking. These guys are miles better than the rest, they go the extra mile, security is good, never had any problems, the internet is fast (100 meg up and down - you can opt for faster private packages if you want), Katie and Wendy know all their tennants by name and they are always arranging networking events and social gatherings, Katie especially always goes the extra mile to look after everyone. I think the bulk of the reviews on here being 5 stars tells the real story! If you can get a desk or office in here you are lucky!

Blake House is a fantastic facility for the self employed or small business offering small offices, desks or virtual addresses. I use a virtual address but use their beautiful meeting space to meet clients which is bookable by an easy to use online system. The central York location makes it super convenient. Highly recommended!

I’ve never been lucky enough to be a tenant here (I’m too far away) but had a tour around the place some time ago. The facilities and atmosphere are outstanding. The one star reviews are fake, from someone with a grudge against the company. Ask the actual tenants their views....

I would LOVE an office here one day. It just leaves me in awe how beautiful and desirable it is. There's even a bathroom and kitchen on the top floor.
