Excellent service received from Richard, he is very friendly and profesional. The online booking system allows you to book a date and convenient time. Richard took the time to run through the existing heating system and made helpful recommendations. Very knowledgeable and extremely good value for money.

Great service from Richard. Our boiler died all of a sudden, no electrics to it. Richard accommodated us on the same day, checked the system thoroughly, found out it was a PCB issue, ordered the part for us and came the next day to install the replacement PCB and did a service of the boiler. All of this at a reasonable rate. Can highly recommend Richard and will be using his services again.

Boiler had been unreliable for some time, but it was evident something was very wrong when the pressure gauge, regardless of whether it was running, kept creeping up to the red zone. Richard responded promptly and made the old one safe in preparation for installing a new one. He explained the problem clearly without treating a female client like she's a five-year-old (you know what I'm talking about!). He turned up when he said he would, kept his working area tidy, and cleaned up when the job was done. Excellent service.
