We had a back boiler removed and a new combi fitted.
The work was done very quickly and very professionally. Both the on site engineers and the office staff were great to deal with.
The on site engineers did everything they could to ensure the boiler and piping in the property was sound (both new and old).
Communication with the office was great; quick and helpful responses (via email) every time.
Would recommend to friends and family. New boiler is also guaranteed for 10 years - what's not to like!?

D. L.Staggeringly good service! Called Nortons at 07:49 yesterday morning (I had no hot water) and their engineer was at my house at 9:36! He diagnosed the problem, went away and came back and fitted the new part at 2pm.

M. S.New Combi boiler fitted. Initial site visit by knowledgeable and helpful engineer, and job scheduled for two days later. Two pleasant guys arrived on time, did the job efficiently powered purely by tea, and left a clean and tidy site. I hadn't understood that it didnt include the timer clock - probably too much for my ancient brain to take in during the first visit - but I'm not bothered as I never used the timer on the old boiler anyway. I'm perfectly happy to use the thermostat as the control. Very satisfied.

B. L.I would highly recommend this company, they are excellent at communicating and getting the works done quickly and to a very standard. Shelly has been brilliant at keeping Complete Prime Residential informed and we received an excellent report on a soil stack leak with photographs from Stephanie.
