We got there in time for check In however were asked to wait as the room was not ready!! How can that be at 3:30 in the afternoon? Room was nice once we got one but after a while I noticed a few cob webs and dead spiders in the corners of the ceiling! Nothing major just point they may want to take on and clean. Bar was void of atmosphere. No music and a very awkward silence which is Wierd and just the back ground noise of the refrigerators! Overpriced too. Charged £11 for a pint of Stella and orange and lemonade! When I challenged them is was apparently and error and was reduced to £9.95! Still very expensive. Breakfast was nice but the music was bit much for 7:30am - should have been like that in the bar. The grounds were lovely but that's to be expected due to the golf course. Pool was busy with kids but that was fine. Pretty busy and robes were not available for guests after a certain time. There was a drunk woman there making a nuisance and that was not dealt with by the staff which should have been dealt with. Showers and changing rooms were OK in size but very dirty with waste water and pubes on floor - that was disgusting! So I think this is in reality a 3 star venue.

Been before three times now with my mum and we love it! Staff are friendly, afternoon teas are wonderful and we love the treatments. We love going to here and we have recommended this place to all our friends and family

My other half went to the spa and had 2 wonderful treatments, the staff were very friendly and the treatments were very relaxing. Not that busy so a very relaxing environment, well worth a visit.

Lovely spa day. It was surprisingly busy even on a week day so not a very relaxing place to just hang out as it became hard just to find seats around the pool.
