E. M.Good location, seemed plenty of spaces available when we used it. One thing we found was that most people couldn't use the ticket machine!! Husband waited over 10 minutes for 2 ladies to faff about with it, local ladies and they couldn't fathom it. Next time the same, big queue, but whilst he waited he'd spotted another one by the entrance and used that, he walked twice as far and was still back before the first person had worked out how to get their ticket! Not Sure if its a faulty machine or faulty people 😅 but thought I'd mention it.

D. J.This is a smallish council owned carpark in Aberystwyth backing onto the river Rheidol.
Coming into Aberystwyth on the A44 it's the first that will be encountered by turning left when noticing the football club signs.
It's not attached to any shopping centre, but it is adjacent to the town's football club.
It can be fairly quiet unless there is a football match on; then it's packed.
The carpark also has views of the river and 'millennium bridge' as well as recycling bins for plenty of products.
From the carpark, it's about 5min into the town centre and train station and about 1min to the Rheidol retail park (Peacocks, Pets at Home & Matalan) and 2min to Tesco and M&S.
To summarise: an often overlooked carpark that's within walking distance of the town centre.

The only upside is that it is very close to the beach and shops, even though there isn't many shops now anymore.
