Great service as always. Previously I had used Bedford Audi for my 2017 S3 but now I was returning with my 2020 RS4. My RS4 was in for some warranty work and to have the front brake pads replaced and whilst there was a slight delay waiting for parts (car had to stay in over the weekend) Jess within the Service Team kept me updated with everything that was happening with the car. She even managed to reduce the price of the brake pad replacement as the labour was something that they would have to undertake as part of the warranty work so this was removed from the quoted price. A real win:win and Bedford Audi will be my go to Dealer if anything is required in the future.

I’d had a long running issue with my a/c that went back to the time when my vehicle was still under warranty. However having discussed the history with Tom Barrington we were able to proceed. Terrible lady on the shop floor. Told us we need an appointment, which was fine. Then when we asked if a specific model was there, she said she couldn't check in the system. Told us we can go out and look if we wanted to find it. So we obliged and walked around in the rain to find it. If business were to survive, I suggest customer curtsey. Our experience was just rude and impolite. Definetly was not worth the visit at all.

Bedford Audi is a very plush Garage with Receptionists that tend to you straight away as soon as you walk in the door and always welcoming offering you a drink while you wait for another team member. All staff a very Friendly Polite and can have a laugh with you rather than at you, this makes you feel like you are dealing with a Human being, not to mention you feel more comfortable when chatting with them. O.K. they may be quite expensive like most top of the range garages but you get good trusted service and well looked after, and that goes a long way in my book.

Very happy with the experience that I’ve received from Bedford Audi in the purchase of my 2015 S3. The chap that I was dealing with, Michael, couldn’t be there for the collection date as he was unwell (Hope he gets better soon!) but very well communicated throughout and very happy with everything that has gone on. Especially after having had my BMW F30 written off by a lorry! I’m loving every mile of driving in my S3. The noise is so intoxicating right now! I had wanted new car but needed one sooner than any car company could supply, so opted for a low mileage 2nd hand and Vindis had a good one for sale. Had a quick test drive and bought it immediately. Would have given it 5 stars, only (minor) gripe was that when I picked up the car the petrol tank was empty, so first job was to get some petrol so I could get the car home. I would have expected a few litres of petrol to be in the tank.

First experience buying from a dealership. Spotted the car I wanted online, had a quick response from the sales team. Jorge our salesman was very helpful and professional. We reserved the car and they kept it aside for over a week. We made the long 165 mile journey across the country to collect it. Car was ready inside for my dad to look at the body work. The only thing they could have improved on was having the recent work done to hand to prevent the unnecessary questions that followed. The valetting team need to up their game a bit, windscreen was greasy in places and it was dirty under the bonnet. Make sure you wipe the cleaner off the pedals next time. That being said, they're only very little things in the whole process but we had to find something to be improved on. Jorge was a lovely young man, friendly and attentive. Even called the next day to check all was well once we were home. Would happily buy another from here despite the distance. Thanks Jorge and Bedford Audi, very happy with the A3!

I decided to change my car and spoke to Mercedes but because of COVID and parts shortages, they were unable to assist unless I could wait six months! He took details of the type of vehicle I was looking for, the vehicle I was hoping to trade in and after a very short period of time he was able to source a vehicle within the Vinci’s group. Within another 15 minutes we had agreed a price, also trade in for my car and I shook hands on the deal and four days later I took possession of my shiny new A5. Needless to say, I did not even get as far as checking out what BMW could offer. These people are very customer focused, know their product inside out and are a pleasure to deal with.
