Reviews of Hi Park Car Park
Place is in the middle of the city very accessible but highly rated . Very compact place don’t hit the kerbs. Also hight restriction is there
Good place to park the car but OMG, the prices are Sky Hi - now understand the name......
It's a bit grubby and the spaces are tiny (I parked alongside a wall and had myself and my three kids all climb over to the baby's side to get out, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to get the baby out) but other than that, here are the good points and the reason for 5 stars from me...
- very convenient location
- yes it's £3 an hour but that's cheaper than Victoria Square and easier to get in and out of on foot
- last but not least, the staff who were in WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS SPIRIT today and believed me when I explained how I'd lost my ticket (probably when I was climbing through the car to get three small children out, come to think of it) and charged me for the three hours we had actually been parked. £9 when I was fearing an extortionate lost ticket fee... I hope Santy brings them both a lovely Christmas surprise, ho ho ho.
We arrived in Belfast on Monday evening, parked the car and left it there until Wednesday morning. A safe and sound when we returned. Prices not too bad as we got a discount cos we stayed in Premier Inn. I must admit though, it could of been cleaner but suppose this is due to customers emptying rubbish from the cars when parked there.
Worth going up to meet the seagulls and enjoy the view
The location is great. The main problem is that the parking spaces are the exact size of a car. Which means you can't open the door to get out/in. But some people will open the door and leave a mark, dent on your/my car, simply because there is no space (even if you are skinny).
I know it is a common problem and I know the company maximising profit this way and/or it was built long time ago when cars were smaller. But we are in 2021, I would like to see thing getting up to the current standards. Here that would mean to re-paint the lines and loose few spaces per level. But they would win happy customers in return, which would bring in more profit on long-term.
Couldn't thank the staff more, left car lights on so battery died. The staff helped jumpstart the car and we didn't have to pay any extra for the extra time we were there and the staff were so helpful with it all.
Good car park right in the centre of town but at £3 an hour it's super expensive now.
Very convenient system and always spaces. A little pricey though
Very convenient car park
Easy to get there right in the city
Handy for the shops, parking spaces are tight, but head up to the roof if you want a little space
Decent, close to the shops. Seems to be getting maintained, granted it needs a fair amount of tlc
My friend used the car park when we stayed in Belfast for the night
Stayed overnight. Fee very reasonable given extortionate car parking prices everywhere else. Remember to pay at cashier if staying in local hotel for discounted fee.!! Ul need hotel receipt as proof of stay!!
