There's alot of paths that can be used to avoid other dog walkers. Alot of park benches to sit and admire the well kept gardens.

It could be much better as it's a great space. Belfast city council don't do a good job upkeepimg the place. If you look at places like the moat park in dundonald the grass is always well cut, nice flower beds around and it's very clean here is the complete opposite and as for the bowling green (or bowling brown as all the grass looks dead on it) I feel sorry for the bowlers there as their council has let them down. Belfast city council should be ashamed of themselves for how they have left this park for us locals!

Nice walk short but circuit a couple of times to get the steps, know where you are there are a few entrances to come in and out during the walk. Very tidy.

Lovely playground for kids, very popular with dogwalkers and great for dogs. A bit hilly so not good for small children on scooters or learning to cycle. Also has interesting secluded part near Geary Road entry where you can let the dog off the lead or habe a picnic out of sight of others

Great wee park wish it was bigger for the schools getting out and school holidays over flowing and crowded. Picnic tables for school homework in the sun and lunches there is so much could be done in this park to get families out more like a fairy trail in the trees and bug hotel etc

Looks like a very big and well kept park. Big children's play area too. Have to love the "No Golfing" signs on the gates lol. Well, I guess it would be dangerous with kids and others around
