We have received really good and appalling service here, the bus driver that left us at the bus stop in the freezing cold after coming back from a hot country holiday, to then being collected by the next driver who helped us on the bus with our cases, after the wait we shouldn't have endure in the freezing cold, the car parked behind and to the sides was so close we had to do a 50 point reverse out of the space with a banks man watching. The only other good bit was the price that was very competitive with other providers, but the bad experience will definitely make me think twice as I hate the cold and having to wait in it , and a driver that couldn't wait a few seconds for us is not nice.

Can't recommend enough. Much cheaper then on airport parking.. And having seen it I wouldn't of wanted to leave my car in the multi storey at BHX.. Parking spaces ample, buses frequent from car park + air port.. Staff were very friendly.. Top Tip - remember were u put your ticket as you need it to get back on the bus and also to leave the car park..

Everything was perfect when we dropped off, five stars... coming back not so good. Got picked up OK but then had to wait over ten minutes while the reasonably rude lady (staff) looked for something that had no concern to me before she finally let us out after we had driven over to her, then had to ring her... not ideal on your return journey.

Nice helpful staff always bus waiting when you are at car park but have to wait for bus when you arrive back at airport. We are older people and find it difficult to pick cases up and put them on shelves on bus.so will have to try and park nearer airport.

Parked here twice through the August holidays and each time was a very smooth process and would highly recommend. A free transfer to the airport which takes around 15 minutes, I have knocked down 1 star due to how full they filled the bus on the way back from the airport with many people stood in the aisles.

Great service, runs very smooth and safe. Had no issues. Parked the car and left the keys. They give you a ticket with some details. They offer service to drive to car out to you at the airport when you get back from your travels for an extra fee which is pretty good but we were happy to take the on sight bus. When we got back, we picked up the car a week later 11.30 in the night and staff was on point, very helpful. Got the keys from the safe and ticket to exit the lot. No problems what so ever. Very happy with the service, will use again. I do recommend. ☺️

Good system easy to use...now used it a few times with no major problems to date, both on our arrival and departure. The bus drivers are always friendly and helpful, and the buses absolutely punctual...as we know to our cost. The issue we had most recently was when the receptionist seemed to just ignore us as we waited to check in, whilst she fiddled with some other paperwork. This resulted in us missing the waiting bus by just 2 or 3 minutes which she must have been aware of? We then had to wait the full 25 mins for the next bus. Luckily we had the time to spare.

Self park at affordable rates. This is a huge car park. Drive in through gates, display email to the attendees. Park car to directed location. Some of them are well lit others are not. Stuttle service available. Make sure to save the receipt carefully as on return the is used to open the gates. This is also required when boarding the bus from airport.

I have dropped my car off went to reception, lady behind counter asked me when my flight will be back just in case it would be delayed. I was given a card with my ticket.Dropped of my key with a tag into a box. 10 min wait for a bus. And then 15 min journey to airport On my way back I waited 20 min for a return bus, . On arrival I just scanned the card I was given, key to the locker realized, found my car and drove back home. It was as simple as possible. Will definitely recommend them.

We got to the valet parking area and was meet by a man who started our holiday off with a smile he could see we were struggling as I was using crutches and my wife using a mobility scooter he helped us all the way to the airport Carrying our cases made sure we were ok a professional service you won’t get from everyone . The parking experience was simple and straightforward. Turn up, park your car in a lane, leave your keys with the nice lady at reception, and jump onto the courtesy bus. Collection is simple too. Your car keys are in automatic safe boxes. It's quite a distance from the airport, but for the money, you can't really grumble.

Hi I have used this airport parking a couple of times before and it has been reliable and caused me no concerns at all. It is just 15-20 min away from the airport with busses going every 20-25 min each way. It stops at bus stop A right outside the departure lounge at Birmingham airport. You park car outside reception. Then provide the staff with your booking ref number. They provide you with a ticket and they tag your car keys. Then you drop the keys in a key drop on your way out to the bus, that will take you to the airport. All really simple to use. They can also wash and clean your car for an extra charge also. Great service from start to finish. A reasonable price when booked in advance. Simple system when dropping off keys, either with a real person at the desk or through an automated system in two kiosks. Wait for the shuttle wasn't long, both to and from the terminal. Staff were all lovely and helped out when picking up my keys at the other end. Only drawbacks were that the bus journey took longer than expected, and the car park didn't seem really well lit when leaving, so visibility wasn't great at night which was a bit nervewracking when manoeuvring around other people's cars.

I've used this place a few times over the years and I cannot fault the service or price. What I really like is the "Drop-off" for your car where they photograph the vehicle before moving it to its parking slot. The shuttle buses are clean, run regularly and this all makes for a relaxed start to your holiday. A very professional set up and I would highly recommend.

Service was brilliant up to the point when I realised the following day there was a 6 inch scratch on my front bonnet of my brand new £30k BMW. I called them to only be told that they can do nothing about it as I had left the premises. I explained it was 1:30 am in the morning and I had a long flight with children, and the vehicle was parked in a poorly lit car park. It was Valet parked and I payed an additional £30 plus £10 for the external wash. The gentleman who dropped my car of in the valet area was pleasant, but I was not told to check my car over at any point as a reminder. The £10 external wash was poorly done, with streaks across the doors and bonnet. The alloys were filthy. I am currently seeking to take the matter further. This was in June 2018. My advice DO NOT pay to have your car washed. DO pay extra for valet parking as it makes life easier, but MAKE SURE you check your car over with a fine tooth comb and bring a torch! as they will not accept liability. I will not be using there service again and will start to look at using the facility directly with the airport instead.

Great experience, would say parking spaces are a little small meaning you need to pull out of space to let other people into the car. Bus driver a bit rude aswel but it was the early hours of the morning. Apart from that everything else was very good.. nearly got a 4 star but because of the price and how well managed the place is and because of the effort put in by the company they got 5 :)

Easy, great value parking. Usually this is much cheaper than parking at the airport. They also offer extra services like a car wash, valet and can drop your car at the airport for your return, for an extra fee. Only gripe would be the frequency of shuttle buses as you can some times wait a good 10 or 15 minutes for buses to and from the airport. But for the savings I'd say it's worth it!

This worked really well for us during a recent holiday. We dropped the car off at the Airpark, all very easy and no complications, then your taken to the airport by bus. Coming back the bus arrived within 5 minutes of our getting to the stop, back to the Airpark then just put your code in, collect your car keys and off you go. Great! We'll be using them again.

I’ve used Airparks twice now. It’s well organised and absolutely no problems at all. The buses to the airport are regular and the drivers were friendly even though it was early in the morning!! The drop off and pick up point is very close to the airport entrance too. The car park was secure and well lit. I don’t have any problem recommending folk using it and have already recommended Airparks to friends.

Very efficient checking of the car in. Bus to the airport was clean and took only 10 minutes. We arrived back at the airport at 11pm and there was a bus waiting. We got straight on (after showing the driver our airparks collection card). A ten minute drive to the car park. The we put our collection card into the machine our car keys were dispensed and by 11.20 we were driving home. Highly recommended.

I have been using Air Parks Birmingham for a couple of years now. I can only say that they are very professional, great customer service. Only last week my Tesla Electric car lost communication with my phone. I was worried about the battery. So I called the customer care team. They arranged to charge my Tesla early as I always look forward to a full charge on my return. Fantastic thanks for the help with this matter.

Really good off site parking for Birmingham Airport. Good location, friendly check in and really efficient shuttles to the airport. Car collection procedures were brilliant, just scan your check in receipt and a locker with your key pops open and a screen displays which row your car is located in..... Car parking with electric car charge. I cannot fault our experience, went like clockwork, I have to admit, I was concerned the car would not be charged when we got back which would have been a nightmare. As soon as we landed, got a text saying where the car was, Bay A (where the bank of charging stations are, obviously) we were out of the car park in less than 10 minutes after getting off transfer bus. Used Airparks for the first time for going on holiday. Easy to find, easy to check in as such. Bus goes every half hour or so and drops you outside airport. Picking up the car on the way back was also easy to do. Would recommend and use again.

My only problem with them is that when I booked online for Airport parking it didn't tell me it was 10 mins drive away from the airport on a bus until after I'd paid. Regardless of this its a good service. Buses could be more frequent at night but once we got back off the bus collecting keys is a really quick process so over all pleased with their service!!

All was ok but when we back they send just one bus on airport for people. People wait long time on airport for next bus. There wait maybe 100 passengers but this bus can take maybe 20. I first time used airparks and I hope that next time will ok. How is yours experience?

It is so easy to use you just drive in, leave the car and get a bus to the terminal. The car has always been ready to collect back at the car park on arrival. This is the second time we have used this car park for Birmingham airport. It is great. It's is situated away from the airport on a industrial area. It was very easy to find using the satellite navigation which is good. A lot of these car parks especially ones round the airport can be pigs to find with a sat nav. You pull in and the gate automatically opens and you follow the signs and park. That's it. You book in and leave your key. They will wash your car too for a price. They also offer a valet pickup at the airport on your return. We opted for the shuttle bus that runs regular enough. It drops you off at stone's throw from the check-in doors. We will use this service again.

We used Airparks a few weeks ago and we were fairly happy with. We got to the site which is through a housing estate so the sat-nav was essential. We checked in easily enough but missed the bus at 10 past the hour and had to wait 25 minutes for the next bus which made us a bit late to check in. If the bus departure times had been given to us on booking we would have arrived earlier. Luckily coming home the bus was already at the pick up point when we left the airport. The car was fine when we got back to the compound

Really good service. Easy to get to. They will charge your electric car or tesla. Also £30 buys you a valet service on your return and a discount on car washing. The only downside is that the bus only runs every 25mins, so allow extra time on your drop off! But generally one of the most thought through car parks I have encountered.

I was very apprehensive about some bad reviews around here, especially with regard to damage to vehicles, too many unexplained miles on the odometer, etc. I took a video/photo record of the vehicle before giving it away, including a picture of the dash to note down mileage. On return, I found the car to be in good condition and mileage done was less than a mile (as I would expect). Pick up on return was super easy as it was all automated. Therefore, I am happy with the service I received.

Great option when traveling abroad. You can find some good deals on Groupon or UK hot deals. I parked here for 7days and cost me £39 pounds. Considering that a taxi one way to the airport costs double that. They also offer a car wash service and will drop your car off at the airport, this will cost extra, but is worth it. Will definitely use them next time I travel!

Brilliant price, easy to get to, regular transport to and from the airport, staff very helpful with loading\unloading baggage, and they drop you right next to your car. The actual carpark is a bit rough, don't expect tarmac and beautiful lines, it is more of a yard with a few puddles in the wet. That said, the car didn't mind, and the price is competitive, would certainly use again.

I was very apprehensive about using these sort of car parks and leaving my car to be parked by someone else, somewhere else, but I have to admit it I am very impressed. It's a no hassle easy and cheaper than using the train service. From start to finish very slick. Park your car, give them your keys, get on their free airport transfer bus, go on holiday, get airport transfer bus, pick up keys, retrieve your car. It was really that simple. The staff we found couldn't have been any more helpfull if they had tried. I will certainly be using these again in the future. Highly recommend.

Used this twice now and will use every time I go away so convenient and trouble free. Pulled up, handed in my keys, got my ticket and hopped on the bus to the airport. Same on returning car all ready to go. You can also pay a little extra for a valet etc while your away.

Safe place to park Note what to do when you are given a ticket to collect you car on your return. You we need to put that ticket into a machine which scans it. A message will show on screen your car location and also which box to collect your key. There are several boxes which will be at your side. Once scanned the lock on the box opens and you collect your key. Staff need to make people aware.

Happy with the service, we travelled from Birmingham. I also booked the Gold clean, I found the price reasonable. The car was very clean inside and out when I returned. The booking in process was quick and easy, the bus drivers were friendly and helpful. We didn't need to wait for buses once I dropped the keys off, the bus was there. On return a bus was outside. The return process was also quick and easy, I was given a car with a barcode when booking in, on return I scanned the card it unlocked a box, the keys had a tag labelling the lane the car was parked. I used to barcode to exit, all worked well. I will use Airparks again.

Was a long trip to there from where I live. I want to say they are really professional service. The offer for 30 pounds extra to meet you at airport is a good option however the buses back isn't too bad which is what I did. Can get confusing the first time you use the service however I admit. We got lost finding the car when we got back. Wasn't in the right place either that was on the ticket. Had to do the wave and look as you press the button to make it flash lol

Wow. I can't believe how good the service was. I was apprehensive at first as their website looked a bit dodgy but the reviews were good so I gave it a go. The carpark at the airport wanted £58 for 2 days, a taxi would cost £40. I parked here for £11. The staff were great when I dropped the car off and the bus ride was....well it was a bus ride. On return the bus picked me up and dropped me back. It only took 15 minutes. I scanned my ticket, hot my keys and away I went. If you're looking to park by Birmingham airport. Then I would highly recommend using AI.

Remember if you just miss a shuttle bus the next one will be in 20 minutes + travel to Airport time. Just leave enough time and all is well. Had absolutely no issues, very simple to use. When you arrive you go to reception to confirm booking etc and then deposit your keys which they'll quickly collect to move your car as you go on a shuttle bus to the airport (shuttle buses are every 25 minutes) bear in mind the airparks is about a 20 minute drive from the airport. When you return from the airport you just go the right bus stand (it'll say on the ticket or by email) for the airparks shuttle bus where they'll drop you off at airparks, go to reception and then collect your keys from a storage container/locker and it'll tell you what lane you're in and you're done! Will definitely use again.

Used this car park for our recent holiday. Price was reasonable for the week. The office staff were welcoming and explained clearly what we needed to do with regards to picking the car up. This is a park and ride service to Birmingham airport. You leave your car in a bay.. they then park it up as you leave your key. The bus runs every 20mins so need to take that into account when considering your time of arrival. Bus ride to the airport is about 15/20 mins also. The driver informs you which bus stop you will need to go to on your return. Once back at car park you scan the barcode given on arrival and this opens the lock box your key is in and tells you row and bay number. On arrival you are given a card that you scan to lift the barrier when you leave... keep it safe as the office is not manned of a night time. We found the overall process really straightforward.

Very cheap and well organized parking, my only complaint is that it is a little confusing on the first visit and yet the staff do expect you to know exactly what to do. For example you need the tag off your car keys to get out, I had to fumble around getting it off the ring much to the annoyance of the guy behind, until he realised what I was doing and then he was out going through his boot. Make sure you're sure about what to do before getting there.

Probably the best shuttle bus car park for Birmingham Airport. Used pretty much all of them and definitely will be staying with this guys for my future trips. Waited 30 minutes as just missed the bus before, then it’s a 15 minute ride to the airport as such overall was a 45 mins wait. If you’re tight for time it’s not very good... would say a lot less stress to park at the airport. Also feel it’s a bit of misrepresentation to advertise 12-15 mins (suggesting a tight frequent schedule). Clearly should be 15-30mins. Understand that it’s more economic to offer fewer trips with a fuller bus, but at least advertise it honestly so the customer can decide.

The barrier recognises your number plate when you arrive, there are marked out lanes for immediate temporary parking, you can check in with a human or a machine and walk straight out to a bus. The bus drivers are friendly and helpful. On return, there is a screen that allows you to retrieve your car key from a little locker. You have already been texted to tell you which area your car is parked in. You exit using a barcode on the cardboard fob attached to your car key. Couldn't fault the service in any way. Thank you.

This is the 2nd time we've used airparks, Birmingham. The staff are friednly and welcoming and the system is efficient and easy. The first visit we'd actually missed our flight and they allowed us to and from the car park several times until we we were sorted and were very helpful. When we got back they helped to jump start the car as it was very cold. The 2nd visit, again it was a quick transition and easy system. The staff were helpful and friendly and because we have such bad luck, we'd left out duty free bag on the shuttle bus, fortunately Freddy the driver handed it in and we managed to get it posted back to us! We would recommend this car park!

This is the second time i have used Airparks Birmingham and must say i am very impressed and happy with the service. You drive into a bay outside the Reception area (the carpark is offsite from airport which is only roughly 20 mins bus journey) where you simply hand in your Car Keys. This would get tagged and your car will be moved by one of the attendants to the designated spots. The receptionist will give you a barcode card where on arrival you simply scan this into the machine to collect keys and it informs where your car is parked (Row in bay).
