I liked this car park as it was convenient for where I was going and my purpose which was staying in the Travelodge overnight whilst visiting Birmingham. The car park has plenty of spaces and the payment process of paying on exit at one of the available payment machines made the whole experience easier. The only downside of the car park is lack of signs for the plaza entrance as it was a little confusing at first but eventually managed to find the exit to the Plaza. Good competitive pricing. Recommend.

Parked our car overnight whilst staying at the Travelodge. It felt secure and was well lit. Paying was quick and easy as they use number plate recognition. Was only a short walk to the Barclaycard arena.

Car park is ok but at present is undergoing a major refurb which means a large majority of spaces are out of action. I use it for work and arrive early as do a lot of co-workers. Some Struggle for a place after 9 at present.

Underground parking for 1400 cars at reasonable rates. Handy for the city centre, Broad Street or Hagley Road and Edgbaston

Spaces are really tight and had to drive around 3 times to get a space, most lanes to drive down were blocked off for some reason and wasn't very well marked out.
