J. F.As far as car parks go this is the smartest one I have visited. Easy to sign up as a member and great member benefits like the reserved spaces (which in my experience have been on the first two levels so you're not spending time driving down the levels).

R. R.Really great car park only a 5/10 minute walk from the bull ring and it's so much cheaper and quieter than parking at the Bullring. You can set up an account with them which means that you don't get a ticket when entering, you're just billed the requires amount when you leave. It's very secure and well kept. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that doesn't want to wait in the queue to get into the Bullring car park and doesn't mind walking 10 mins back to the Bullring. Only point for improvement is how you get in - we can to go round in a massive circle to get to the street where the entrance is because the streets around the carpark are for buses and taxis only.

If you’re going to the Womens/children hospital, this is the car park you want to use, you can get a discount if going to the hospital, and it’s literally a few minutes walk.

A.Car Park is very well located, walking distance to anywhere in Birmingham City Centre. There are lifts & stairs. Car Park is clean, and also has CCTV & ANPR. I would recommend signing up for a B4 account (it's free) so you get the cheaper weekend rates, plus can automatically pay straight out of your bank so you don't need to use a ticket machine. Will be using this car park as my go-to in future for driving into Birmingham.

I.Secure parking and lots of parking spaces. I never came across family parking on my first visit here. Parking didn't seem spacious, no staff around to ask questions. Would be nice to have a help desk (Directions to get out were inadequate: an arrow pointing upwards). Easy to get confused. Nonetheless, us priced the same as on-street parking near Birmingham Children's Hospital. Surely, there should be a small difference in parking, don't you think B4 Car Park? £7 for 2 hours...Hmmm

D. B.Overpriced but a nice clean car park with good lighting. Felt happy leaving my car here. Starting at 4 pounds unless you spend time signing up as a member. Firstly the saving is less than a pound on that first hour when you sign up, second life is short and I only parked here as I was late and had no choice to find another, thirdly, I am not becoming a member of a car park... It's a car park not a golf club and who has the time? Especially for a saving of 80p.
P. S.Cheap and in a great location for the Children's Hospital. £3.20 for the hour the carpark was very bright and clean. Plenty of spaces which are wider than a normal bay.
S. P.I know it's outrageously expensive to park here on a daily basis without a season ticket but if you want safety, convenience, cleanliness, a valet service etc. then this car park is a good option over the other not so clean looking places.
The season ticket for the year is a much better value for commuters - when the free NHS Street parking ends for us hospital workers, I might have to sign up.
1 hour bus ride vs a 20 minute car journey.... Let's hope Birmingham City Council don't introduce commuting fees in cars to the city, otherwise our hospital will be empty of staff and this lovely car park will be empty.

Love the fact that you get an instant email ref your bill. No more tickets to lose and no looking for change. Membership is easy and you get discount. No more expensive than any other city parking.

a. M.Best car park in Brum. It is expensive but it's really secure and there are always spaces to park in. The only issue I've found is that due to constant road works nearby, it's sometimes a bit of a pain to get into and the road markings/signage are not always 100% clear.

A few minutes away from the children's hospital and ten minutes away from the bullring shopping center. If you join for free with there online or in the information desk, you can get a discount for your parking. Its the only place I will ever park when I go into b-ham.
I. H.This is the nicest car park I’ve ever parked in. It is clean, very well lit and clearly marked out.
My only reservations are that it is more expensive than other car parks in Birmingham city centre (eg Q-Park in Brindley Place) and that while having automatic number plate recognition at the gate to open the barrier at both entrance and exit without needing to take a ticket is convenient, it also means that not only could I drive my car out - but so could anyone else...
The car park is heated (it’s underground), but the downside is that on a cold wet day, your car steams up on the outside as soon as you enter. Cars with manual front windows (it might be a classic car at these prices) might need to think about this...
M.I'm really impressed with this car park. It's absolutely immaculate and is is easy to use. No need for a ticket, just need to pay with your registration when you leave. The other car parks around the area are extortionately expensive but B4 have managed to keep it cheap whilst maintaining top quality.
J. S.We had to make a journey from Nottingham to the Birmingham Childrens hospital with our 3 month old. I was Googling a couple days prior to see where to park and so on. I saw B4 and read the reviews so decided to sign up and register my car reg and Visa card ready for a flawless transaction. It was easy to follow on Google maps and upon arriving the anpr system noted we had registered so no ticket required. After 3 hours we went to the main reception where we used a tablet to log our reg and clean air voucher. It was very clean and very mapped out with decent parking spaces. I even backed in next to a wall as they was a generous size. Lots of sign post and follow they grey route for the exit. Discounted price was £5.50 in the end and a receipt was emailed once we got back home. We have to a few more visits here and this will be our go to park from now on.

S. W.If you are visiting a business nearby this is a no brainer. You can reserve a space for a minimal fee in advance meaning no panicking looking for parking before a meeting. Super clean, secure facilities, free WiFi if you are early for your appointment - all for a fee not much different to any other central city carparks. Also paying is automatic if you register online and they email you an invoice for expenses. You just drive in and out. Car parking done smarter. Excellent!

Hassle free arrival with the ANPR system recognising your vehicle and allowing instant access to the car park. Carpark is clean, large spaces and even heated! As easy as it was to get in, it's equally as easy to leave, with the ANPR system once again, allowing swift departure without the faff of tickets and just a charge to your account.
Easy walking distance to the centre of Bham so will definitely stop again!

C. H.A brilliant place to park your car slap bang in the centre of the Birmingham. It is expensive but its easy, convenient and fast. No messing around and no tickets.
W. B.Great Park. Very modern and clean. Not many people know about the car park, so it's normally quiet especially on the weekends.
It's also located near the colmore row area, so very easy to get to Bullring.
K. W.Pre-registered which was easy. Drove straight in, was easy to navigate, reasonable size spaces. Reg recognition meant was able to drive straight out no fuss, no problems, emil confirming price and payment taken within 30 seconds of driving out. Secure and clean.
M. M.The best parking of them all. Modern and unique. No tickets required its all automated, works with registration plates. Now till the end of the year it has special promotion for Saturdays and Sundays its only 1 pound per day and free if you have membership. I totally recommend that parking of you have work to do at city centre.

F. Z.First class bright and modern car park within few mins walk of city centre. Easy to get away onto the motorway network (A38 and M6), unlike Selfridges and others around the Chinatown - Hippodrome - Markets area. Did see a few people curse at the pay machine but it worked ok for me.

N.Clean, modern & bright. But that cannot make up for the dire & flawed system of reserved spaces. When you reserve a space, you are texted the number of the space. You pay extra for this. Unfortunately, you are likely to find that someone else has taken your space, which means, you’ve paid for nothing! B4’s response? “Park in another bay”🤔 So why pay to reserve in the first place? Flawed & chaotic reserved booking. No thanks!
Edit: B4 have now rectified the ‘Reservations’ issue by marking reserved spaces with small LED screens clearly displaying the appropriate car reg. 👍🏼

R. L.Expensive but worth paying the extra for vicinity to children's hospital. Only downfall is that for each of my 3 visits in 3 months the disability/pushchair lift has been broken,resulting in carrying my double buggy down the stairs.
R. A.The entrance and exit are slightly tight if you have a large car, but they bays are spacious on either side, giving you confidence that your car won't get knocked when someone opens their door next to you. If you register before leaving, you get a small discount.
While it's not cheap, it's in a good location and could be a good option when Snow Hill car park is full.
