Reviews of Eastside City Park
M. B.
It's the nearest track for my daily exercise walk. Very beautifully organized and a nice place to have fresh air. Good to see different exercises practised by others around me

Great small skate spot. Will be better when HS2 finished.
S. P.
Beautiful small park near the city centre. Well kept. Small playground. Lots of benches to sit and lie down near the Think Tank.
T. T.
Fantastic location for photography...try going either for sunrise or sunset...

I love this park. Unusually for me I even like the plants!
It's cunningly arranged so there's a good mixture of open spaces where people skate, and sheltered benches. Not to mention the pub.

i live in a constant fear of the shadow people, but i can forget about all that when im skating at millenium point with my lover. highly recommend this spot!
M. M.
it's ok but now disturbing with new train and roadworks. I used to come there with my son just for a nice walk aroun Millenium Point.

Its a shame the water feature isn't running. Otherwise it's still a pretty area
C. S.
Not much options to do anything. Good option for just sit and get relaxed.

A lovely place to be, on a warm day. There's a little bit of everything going on and the park brings people of all ages together which creates a unique experience. Towards Masshouse Circus it can be a little loud with the youths paying loud music and skateboarding however a couple minutes walk, by the Eastside Building, will mean a quieter and peaceful experience.

Nice place to spend evening time

It's the science garden that we often visit with the children. They love it. Free entry after 3pm. Well recommended I would say for families and children from about 2 years old to 12.

Best place to skate

Very nice little park. It feels very modern and showcases perfectly the renewal of Birmingham. Don't go there if you're looking for a quiet place though; it's usually crowded.
J. B.
Lovely shady spots to sit and enjoy the breeze.

This is one of those places you need to visit. There is an energy here that is hard to find; positive vibes. It's one of those places where people are excited to visit and it just gets better when you arrive!

Surprisingly nice spot near the centre of the city. Noisy at the moment as work for the HS2 station.

With all the redevelopment work that's been going on in the area, Eastside City Park has become a little gem in the city centre.
Great for students as it's situated closely to the new Parkside and Curzon buildings of Birmingham City University and ThinkTank at Millennium Point, there's plenty of green space and well within range of public transport links (only a short walk from Birmingham's Moor Street Station), making it great for a detour when walking around the city.
K. B.
I do like what they done with the place with a couple of great pubs and room to walk with a ni e sense of space.

Nice university campus, a little piece of tranquility in the centre of Birmingham.
Close to bull ring and train stations.
No free parking
A. E.
Pleasant environment, would be nice if the structure at the end of the park was fixed and the safety fencing taken down.
K. B.
Excellent city Centre park in Digbeth #Birmingham opposite the proposed new Curzon Street HS2 Railway Station and next to Birmingham City University
M. W.
It's lovely in the summer. A refreshing change from all those buildings and traffic in th city centre

A really great contemporary park. The skateboarders are polite and fun to watch, too.

Lovely design and feel near the university, but lacks areas of privacy

Don't come for the park. Come for the army of crows, and their ongoing turf war with the seagulls. An epic battle awaits.

Fantastic outdoor adventure science park for children and adults who are young at heart.
