Good and plenty of parking. Cheaper compare to other places. Being an application RingGo- it’s easy to control the parking and pay for extending time. Please note: if you have wheelchair and you need access to lift. Avoid this place. There are NO lifts. Only stairs to all three storey.

Parked here overnight and paid via RingGo app. Very straight forward, plenty of spaces and parked here overnight , just needed to pay on day 1 and day 2 on the app during the chargeable hours. Reasonable charges compared to NCP.

The location is convenient. However be aware that there is no lift to the upper floors. The ceiling of the main floor at least is quite low, so you will need to be careful if you are opening the trunk, if you have a high vehicle. Pay & Display parking. If I am not mistaken, there is no payment with credit/debit cards. Haven't used it myself but the park mobile application should work too. The prices are reasonable. Please also note though, there is park and display parking available on the main Vyse Street. If you can find space, you might want to use them especially if you don't want the hassle of parking in one of the upper floors, find the pay machine, go back to the car to leave the ticket, go down the stairs to the street - of course also to climb them all back up upon coming back and driving down the cark park to the street level exit.

It's convenient, being right in the middle of the jewellery quarter and, being council owned, it is reasonably priced. The park mobile application is especially useful for council parking sites when you haven't loose change. It's not a great car park though. There's a couple of ground floor spaces for disabled parking but that's it. Stairs only to the main parking floors. The photos show how low the concrete ceilings are. Just above head height, you can't open a hatchback boot without it coming into contact with the ceiling. You've been warned! Be careful!

Good car park but it's so true about being careful with opening your boot because of the low ceiling! I read the reviews but, I didn't pay much attention to it,and I should have! Silly me,let the car boot open on its own which led to light scratch on it :/.

Right in the middle of the Jewellery Quarter, gives a central location to explore. It is height restricted, so best to check before using this one. Operates on coins only, as of September 2018, and machines can be a little finicky about which coins it takes (try the magic rub!). Only accessible through stairs at each end, unless you risk walking on the access ramps.

Amazing food and drinks, lovely service would definitely park here again. 4th floor is best, the bays are bigger, tarmac is so soft and lovely feel very safe here.

If you are in to jewelry and related items it's the place to be, you can easily spend a half day there if I your first visit, had to go there recently for watch repair , staff so helpful did the watch straight away none of this come back in a week stuff, highly recommend area if just to window shop.

I was a bit disappointed with this place.I heard how good it was.So I thought I give it a go.Thought the price was more expensive than I thought.The area looked bit run down.We went in on the tram never been on it before.so that was good.
