Reviews of Millennium Point Car Park

Easy to park and pay.
Reasonable prices.
Decent size car park space.
Park in a blue box and clear space for gaps between cars.
Quite clean.
Good lighting.
Close to Millennium Point, BCU, BOA and Aston University.
Short walk into the city centre.
Plenty of spaces around 950.
12 electrical bays.
Height restrictions 2.1m.
Pay by coins, notes, card or contactless.
Pretty decent for a car park.

Never reviewed a car park before but the security staff were so nice, I thought I would. Clean and brightly lit. We left our car overnight and felt happy with security arrangements and the price was good value.

This carpark is very busy being in the city center of Birmingham. My only dislike is that, the ticket machines are only located on two floors and nowhere is this clearly posted. It was no surprise to see drivers on foot looking for places to pay for their stay to collect a ticket so that they should depart the carpark.

Parking spaces are a bit strange. They are a small blue box which can be tricky to park on. Other than that it's a really good distance from bcu campuses.

Easy to arrive at, easy to park, easy to pay, easy get around when you're there.
As far as car parks go, this is a pretty good one.

Great location to access Thinktank museum and nearly half cost of parking in other parts of city. It is located in the new 2021 clean air zone so check if you need to pay this fee (online and nothing to do with car park). It has staff on the ground floor too. Only improvement would be permit phone payments in addition to cash/card.

Plenty of spaces and good parking prices. One of the cheapest car parks in Central (ish!) Brum. Secure and clean with reasonable sized bays. Very nice secure place. Easy access to BCU and Millennium Point. Always found parking spaces. It's a good car park. Yes it's a car park...

One of the better car parks in Birmingham. Quite clean, good sized spaces and feels fairly safe. (Update Oct 2020, pay machines have been out of use for months now and proximity card payment has never worked since in installed in Jan 2020).

Lots of parking and attendant was very helpful too

Always plenty of spaces, even during some of the busiest days. Hourly rates are alright for city centre and close proximity to bullring makes for a decent car park overall.
N.B: Have had some ticket problems in the past with the machine but nothing that wasn't solved in under five minutes and not too frequent either.
