Reviews of Bournemouth Parks - Lower Gardens
S. B.
A beautiful space to walk, relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Impeccably maintained and even though visiting in winter, still plenty to see and admire. Lots of interesting planting, lovely walks with streams and wildlife to boot. There surely can be no finer way to meander down to any seafront than this. Well done to Bournemouth council for keeping this stunning hub to the city in such splendour.

Beautiful little park. Not too big, whole park is approx 15 mins walk. But plenty of people and life about the place. Small activities such Crazy Golf too. A bandstand where musicians play. Some bridges with water flowing underneath. A few food stalls too. Great for evening walk with family or friends.

Went into the Lower Gardens to see the Christmas lights, having been round the #bournemouthchristmasmarket . Lights were fab and managed to be in just the right place to catch the lightshow on the "big tree". We'll done.

So beautiful to walk throught, went and saw the Christmas lights. Outside of Christmas time, its a lovely place to visit, relax on the grass, read a book or just watch the world go by.
Crazy golf onsite along with ice cream stools and public toilets.
Right next to the beach so great for finishing you time after a sunbath.
There is a Cycle path also through the Gardens also.

Really lovely and peaceful place to take a stroll. Obviously well maintained and clean. Lots of things to look at, including wildlife and plenty of places to stop for refreshments or to rest your legs :)

Gardens stretching all the way from Bournemouth beach to Coy Pond. A very pleasant walk that will last 1 hour+ passing alongside the Bourne stream, near victorian designed flower beds, trees sourced from across the world, a water tower, and sports facilities including tennis.
An all year round joy but I recommend spring and summer to enjoy the gardens at their floral peak.

The park is fantastic. Gardens well maintained as always. Everytime we come to Bournemouth we play krazy golf, it is a family tradition now. The food kiosks are all the same, mostly selling the same ice creams. Food not very inspiring.

Really lovely and good fun ice skating Christmas Eve. There were not as many trees as previous years but was still lovely to walk around with an awesome hot chocolate.

Suchaaa delightful park just a couple mins walk from the Bournemouth pier.
It has a small pretty (artificial) waterfall and some amazing tulips.
Loved the park so much that went there twice 😄

Beautiful place . Large trees . Immaculate lawns and gardens. Squirrels running freely . Streams and seating. There is an aviary too.
