Great company friendly team all round Having broken the only good working arm I have it was a struggle to open & close the garage door Rachael & Dave were very helpful with the info I needed to get the door converted with a Hormann electric operating system. Fitter Ross was on the ball sorting out everything on the day the garage door was operational in no time. Great service from starts to finish a great job all round would recommend without question.

From first contact on the phone, to completion of the job, Bristol Garage Doors we’re very professional and a pleasure to deal with Ordered 2 x Roller doors and single side personnel door Roller doors came in first and the company came in to fit them and then came back when side door arrived Very impressed with the overall result and the attention to detail of the fitters, and the site was left clean and tidy What really surprised me was that there was no request for a deposit on order and once the two main roller doors were fitted I was prepared to pay for these. It was clear that the estimator new his trade. Manufacture was a bit protracted because because the non-stock size had to be made in Germany. Really great company to deal with - a rarity these days. From the first phone call, to the measuring, estimating and fitting they showed good old fashioned values of providing friendly customer service. Didn’t want payment until installed and I was completely happy. Fitters were fab - friendly and respectful, did a lovely neat job ensuring the door and surround looked its best - even cladded over the concrete lintel outside the top of the door so it all matched. Cleaned up afterwards. Wish more companies were like this one! I would highly recommend them.

After this we decided to change the door and go with them. We have just got our brand new motorised garage door fitted by them and its truly amazing! Great service from these guys after being let down by others. We were locked out of garage, with the latch broken - Dave fixed it all, some with second hand bits from his box, did a total overhaul of all moving parts, realigned the door in the frame and refixed the top frame fising into the lintel.
