Easy, reasonably priced and efficient service. Car not used in our absence, free transfer from parking to airport & back after our holiday was straight forward without waiting around regardless of the time of day/night. Will definitely use them again when flying from Bristol airport.

Have used this service twice and always exceptional. Even when flight delayed on way home by 3 hours landing at 5am, it was no bother, simply call them and they're with you within minutes. Wouldn't hesitate to use again, just remember cash only!

Absolutely fantastic service from Broadfield Park and Fly. Arrived at Broadfield, parked up and taken straight to BRS which is a few minutes around the corner. As I arrived back at BRS they were waiting to pick me up. Got to the car and off I went. I honestly can't fault them. They were friendly and just brilliant! Will absolutely use every single time from now on. Thank you Broadfield for making my journey less stressful.

I parked my car with Roy for 4 days during the storm and I have got to say that it is one of the safest spots to park your car. He drives you to the airport really quick and picked me up on time. I cannot recommend Roy enough. I was running extremely late for my flight, I phoned to explain this, was told to ring again when 10 mins away so that he'd have the van ready to go when I arrived. There was no messing about and got me to the airport entrance extremely quickly and safely and definitely contributed to me making my flight. To this day I still don't know how I made it! Can't thank Roy enough. Highly recommend and will use again next time I fly from Bristol.

An exceptional hassle free experience with Roy. Both drop off and pick up were super quick. On our way home in the van another customer had missed their outbound flight and called Roy to ask for nearby hotel recommendations. He then offered to go pick them back up and take them there. Just don't get this level of customer service these days, very refreshing.

I have used this car park many times. The staff are friendly & extremely helpful. My car had a problem when I arrived once and while I was on holiday, Roy completely went the extra mile and fixed this which saved me having to call breakdown early hours on my return!
